Recommended use:

Before use: check if the spray works properly.

1 - Spray a little of the solution on your hand to check that the temperature is correct and to get used to the pressure. You can also spray it on the baby's hand to reassure them.

2 - Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the nozzle once firmly for 1-2 seconds. Allow the solution to act for a few seconds.

Repeat the process in the other nostril.

3 - Lift the baby into an upright position and wipe their nose or use a nasal aspirator device.

4 - After each use, rinse the nozzle with warm water and dry it thoroughly.
