Sinomarin® ENT is a 100% natural, clinically tested nasal decongestant. It is a hypertonic seawater solution (2.3% NaCl) rich in all the beneficial components of the sea (mineral salts & trace elements).

    I have been using this one instead of the competitor for years, but the quality is going from bad to worse. The pressure of the water it sprays has noticeably decreased to the point where it simply doesn't go into the nostril at all.

    Very good and helps a lot. After a diaphragm surgery where you can't blow your nose for a while, it saved me! It removes things you didn't know you had in your nose!

    I take away one star because many of their packages have a problem with the nozzle resulting in poor pressure. I have kept 2 nozzles that work well and I put these on new packages that I get.
