It is good for its price, but this is the second time I buy it and it comes with broken legs for the inner bowls it has.

The first one got punctured after 7-8 years. I bought the same one again though, it is excellent and one of the few BPA free

Very good and high-quality steamer. Except for the base, all parts are dishwasher safe. Each basket has a special tray that is placed underneath to collect the juices from the food being cooked, and it can be used to make sauces and broths. It also has a dark-colored insert, which is placed inside the basket when cooking foods that contain strong dyes, as well as an insert for rice.

On the downside, I note that it only has two and not three baskets for parallel cooking. Also, compared to another cheaper steamer I used in the past, it takes twice as long for the food to cook. Most vegetables need 20-25 minutes and the times go up from there.

Very good steamer. I mainly cook chicken, rice, and vegetables and they come out excellent. Its parts are easy to wash. If it accumulates limescale, add a little white vinegar, run it for 10 minutes, and it disappears.

I liked it as a device. I used it the day after I bought it twice and the only problem I found so far is that the lid is the only part of the device that feels cheap for the occasion and I say this because it warps and opens half a finger on one side as soon as it heats up, when it cools down it goes back.

I have a bad experience with this particular steamer. I have been a owner for 6 months and I have to note the following. First of all, the plastic containers look and are made of solid plastic, but with the first drop, it showed a crack on the edge of the container. Then, while in the first 4 months it worked perfectly, meaning it cooked everything. In the last 2 months it has been taking a very long time, and now in the last week it broke down. I was using it 3 times a week. I may have gotten a defective product. Nevertheless, I wanted to share my experience.

I made rice, shrimp, zucchini, carrots, and eggs all successfully. The rice turned out perfect. Perhaps some who wrote the opposite didn't put water inside the cup as stated in the instructions. As for the cable, the size is just fine for me.

This is my first steamer and it has become my favorite appliance. Professional potato salad every time. Shrimp, salads, rice all wonderful and full of flavor.

Purchase on 12/22. You put fish and vegetables and within 20' to 30' (depending on the quantity) you have a ready meal. When the time is up, it shuts off automatically.

I conducted market research and ended up with this one. I have cooked twice so far and it works well. The short cord is convenient for me because I place it on the kitchen counter under the hood. I cooked beets, filled the black steam basket, and it took about 30 minutes, maybe because I put too much. But guys, I put rice on the second level (2nd floor), barboiled with water 1:1.5, salt, and vegetable cube, and it took 50 minutes and it was still watery. Of course, it came out lumpy. Why? Others say 30 minutes. I didn't put too much quantity. I am satisfied and it stores easily without taking up space. I would like a manual somewhere with recipes. For example, it doesn't mention the cooking time for beets. I will come back later to see if these things are true. I deducted one star because it cooks faster on the bottom than on the top. I cooked broccoli for 25 minutes on the top and added another 5 minutes on the bottom.

It has a very good construction and cooks perfectly. Only in terms of time, I would say that I would like it to be faster, but from what I know, everything takes so long to cook in steam.

It is the third steamer of this brand which I use. The best in their class. They always serve for more than 5 years.

I bought it to cook baby food, I have been using it for about 2 months and I am completely satisfied! I have boiled many vegetables, chicken, and beef, all perfectly fine!
I also boil vegetables for us, such as broccoli, which I think becomes tastier than when cooked in a pot and lasts longer!
I have also boiled eggs, which is not "convenient" because they take more time than boiling them in water, but on the other hand, they don't crack and you don't need to time the boiling minutes!

It shows quality construction and cooks very well (it is noticeably better than the previous Rassel-Hobbs we had)...

We have the following cooking times:
20 minutes for diced potatoes
15 minutes for fish fillet
30 minutes for rice
30 minutes for burgers straight from the freezer, 20 minutes if thawed
20 minutes for carrots and zucchini

Overall, the cooking times are as stated in the booklet. Taste-wise, it's the best because the food retains its flavor without being altered.

At first, I was hesitant because of the price, but it really is worth the money and it is indeed healthy due to being BPA free.

Excellent machine, I haven't used my kitchen for a year!! Just don't expect an amazing taste, you need to add spices to the meat and fish to give them flavor! I definitely bought a high-quality machine and got a second one for my country house this year!
