The "Synaxarion of the Great Limaniou" is a documented testimony for the working youth of the post-war era, their struggle to face the challenges of society at that time and to move forward into a dignified and creative life.

At the same time, it highlights pages of pertinent ecclesiastical service of the post-war period. It is a living chronicle of the Technical School "Apostle Paul" in Piraeus, which operated within the framework of Christian endeavors.

It provided working youth with vocational training, Orthodox ethos and character. During its 42 years of operation, its numerous graduates staffed the Greek industry and shipping with excellent technicians and the society with outstanding family men.

This is not fiction, but an exciting narration of events, with thoughts, comments, and proposals from the author, which reveal the social environment of the era.
