Dry heat oven with infrared radiation (IR) WX-12C, based on the use of a new thermal factor – short-term pulsed infrared radiation, which creates the selected temperature in the sterilizer's working chamber. The sterilizer comes with two trays for tools.

The infrared sterilizer is a cabinet with three integrated new generation infrared heaters, achieving a heating rate of the chamber to 200 degrees in 2-4 minutes. The door of the cabinet is made of heat-resistant reflective glass.

Items to Sterilize:

• All metal tools (at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius)
• All glass tools
• Files, rasps, etc. (at a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius)

Oven Preparation:

• Place the tools to be sterilized on the tool tray.
• Close the oven door.
• Turn the thermostat to the desired temperature of 250 degrees Celsius.
• Set the timer to 30 minutes. Turning the timer starts the oven operation.
• Let the tools cool down.
• For fast cooling of the tools, open the door.
• You can place them in the special sterilization bags available on the market.

Attention:

• The first use of the oven should be done without tools.
• During the first use, it may emit smoke and the smell of burnt oil.
• All cleaning and maintenance work should be done without the oven being plugged in.
• Do not touch the oven when it is in the sterilization stage.
• Unplug the oven when not in use.
• If a problem is detected with the oven, immediately put it out of service.
