The Risoli Granito deep pot is made of 6 mm thick cast aluminum and features a Granite non-stick coating reinforced with mineral particles. It is suitable for induction cooktops and for cooking at low or medium temperatures without adding fat, helping food retain its nutritional value. The coating is free of PFOA and nickel.

Before first use, wash with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge, dry thoroughly, and grease with butter or oil. Do not heat it while empty or leave it on the heat after the liquids have evaporated or the contents have been removed, as continuous overheating may damage the coating.
