  • The best purchase I have made for my new computer. It needs to be paired with a powerful graphics card; in my case, a 9070XT Sapphire Nitro+. I will never buy an IPS or VA monitor again in the future.

One of the best monitors for 1440p PC gaming currently on the market (see also Rtings). Top-notch colors (QD-OLED), perfect blacks, it is G-Sync compatible tested (although it doesn't mention it anywhere), it is a matte display but the color fidelity is not affected nor does it appear grainy on the screen, with excellent reflection in bright spaces. 360Hz but to get close to that on a 2k display you need at least an RTX 4070 Super or higher (depending on the game). The brightness is satisfactory in both SDR and HDR. The best part for me, however, is that it has what's called "VRR control." For those who have an OLED screen (and some VA panels), you will encounter what's called "VRR flicker," which means that with VRR enabled in games with low or unstable FPS, you will see the brightness of the screen flickering, which is very annoying. To solve this, you either turn off VRR with whatever impact that has or lower the settings to increase FPS and lock them (and still, no one guarantees that it will disappear) or switch to an IPS monitor and lose color quality and perfect blacks. This is where the VRR control I mentioned at the beginning comes in; as soon as you enable it, the VRR flicker disappears completely and you don't have to do anything else. In summary, I would say it's an excellent monitor for PC gaming - expensive yes - but in the end, you get what you pay for.
