The DIKL0146 baking tray is a round, shallow baking pan made of pure aluminium, with a rim and turned edges. Aluminium transfers heat quickly and evenly to the contents, while the tray cools quickly after being removed from the oven. It is suitable for pies, pizzas, savoury dishes, kollyva and desserts, for both home and professional use.
It can be used in a wood-fired, electric or gas oven, as well as over a tripod stand in a fireplace or over hot coals. It is suitable for food contact and is made in Greece.
