As for taste, I would consider it mediocre to bad; dissolved in water it’s not good at all, in milk it’s somewhat better. It dissolves moderately, it doesn’t form lumps but it retains the sensation of powder (at least when shaken by hand in a shaker, I didn’t try a blender) and it needs a lot of liquid. I had a particular discomfort in my stomach the first few days I started it, but it went away after a while. For its price (17€/kg when I bought it) I think it’s worth it compared to the immediately more expensive ones (which are not better).
