We are talking about ONE Open school that is Democratic, Human, Social, Free, Flexible, Multilingual, and Digital, with the main protagonist being the Student, who will be an equal participant and active companion in the events of the classroom and the center of the rapid changes taking place in education and in the culture of the ephemeral.

This is ONE school characterized by the acceptance of DIVERSITY, in which inclusive education is provided to ALL students in a digitally developing Greece and Cyprus, distinguished for its innovative ideas and practices aimed at acquiring the necessary skills that will guarantee the student's social and professional validation.

A similar transformation of the modern Greek school is consistent with the Salamanca Statement (1994) for the provision of equal education for individuals with special educational needs. The emphasis of the occasionally attempted reform initiatives in Greece and Cyprus should focus on a "global agenda" of ambitious goals and actions that will qualitatively upgrade the multifaceted work of the modern educator.
