Instructions for use:

• Open the sachet with dry fingers and remove the whitening strip.
• Moisten your teeth with your tongue and place the strip along the gum line.
• Moisten the strip with your tongue.
• If you wish to whiten both the upper and lower row of teeth, repeat steps 1-3.
• The strip dissolves in 15-20 minutes.
