Haeger 3368 was stated in the order, Raf 3367 was in the packaging..so the first mix-up was in the price..for three metal plates for minced meat the brochure said two were in the packaging..second mix-up in the quantity..the brochure only talked about grinding meat, but there is a plastic plate that with a special attachment for cookies (about 6€ extra) makes lovely cookies..I had this from another machine..if I didn't know it, one function would have gone to waste. Well, we won't discuss the instructions..two little pages in English..if you're not knowledgeable, you lose the ball..Chinese..what can we do, the balance is negative..
