I highly recommend it because the company is top-notch and reliable, and I have checked this particular multivitamin many times to see if anything changed in my workouts or my mood, and the results were always the same.     Personally, I did not see any change in all that it promises after about 4 months of use and quite a bit of working out as well. However, I had seen some small change about two years ago but it was combined with working out, protein, diet, and hydrolyzed collagen as well as some other supplements. Therefore, I do not know if it works on its own with just the support of working out.

    In terms of formula, by far the best vitamin I have ever tried. Huge difference in my daily life. But the big downside... it just can't be swallowed, guys. I break it in two and still struggle. If only it had a film coating to help it slide down the throat a bit... it's very hard to swallow, like trying to swallow a stone. For this reason alone, I won't choose it again
