    Personally, I did not see any change in all that it promises after about 4 months of use and quite a bit of working out as well. However, I had seen some small change about two years ago but it was combined with working out, protein, diet, and hydrolyzed collagen as well as some other supplements. Therefore, I do not know if it works on its own with just the support of working out.
