Regarding the body, it does a very good job, mainly in the fitness part. I happened to do some exercise after I got it and I was wondering how I had so much endurance and strength. In the mental part, it wakes you up a little but nothing special. I would mainly recommend it for people who feel physical and mental fatigue together, and not just the latter.

Be careful don't take them for too long and at only 1 capsule. It can cause your thyroid hormones to snap and elevate your t4 levels. Youll need at least a half a year to recover also with not much excessive coffee. Each body reacts differently and for some people might not have these effect but be careful with your intake

    In two different orders, by observing the composition, the exact same product had different compositions listed on one box and different on the other. Also, the most important thing I noticed is that the capsules do not act the same, that is, there are capsules in the package with which I saw some effect and with other capsules from the same package it is as if you are taking nothing, just a powder. It is obvious that not all capsules contain the product listed and its composition is fake. Be careful, everyone, and be observant because anyone can sell whatever they want, there is no control over these products by the EOF. AND those who say they have a notification number from EOF DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE CHECKED BY EOF, look into it and be careful.
