Very good for its price. I got it for the gym. As advice, I would say to get one size bigger to get it right!!

I have maybe 10 of the same model . And I’ve always used size 42 . This time for the first time it is too tight it barely fits . i am not sure what’s wrong with them..

It is durable, comfortable, and provides good foot stability while running or walking. The sole is not too different from that of more expensive ASICS models. It came at the unbeatable price of 43 euros (about 45 USD). Highly recommended for walking and running up to 10-15 kilometers a day. For an even softer and gel-like experience, consider taking the Gel-Excite model.

Shoes that tore in the first week of use.

After walking, it caused me a problem in the metatarsal; there is no support at all in the front, no foam at all. It is only good for a coffee and no athletic activity

I had the Excite-10 (much superior class) and I thought I’d get these too for everyday use, I figured more or less the same design so probably more or less the same sole, but nothing to do with it... First, let me say that for some reason with Asics I always need half a size up. Now, as for the Gel-Contend 9, I find the sole is much harder, and I feel uncomfortable at my heel and especially my toes at the front to the point where it becomes annoying.
UPDATE 02/26: both on the right and left foot, a hole formed in the fabric. At the spot where the little toe is... I lost all respect. I was just wearing them at work (office), not running or anything, just simple walking.

You get what you pay for. It's not a shoe that will offer you durability. Already in the first month, I realize that in an 8-month period, I will be using them for work. The quality is average, especially the sole, which is average to poor.

These athletic shoes are extremely comfortable and ideal for short-distance running, providing good support and shock absorption. However, at the gym, they may tend to push the body forward due to their design, which does not offer the necessary stability for strength exercises or weight training. For running, though, they are a very good choice.
