I have been using it for less than a month and it is so hard that I have terrible pain in my coccyx after 2 to 3 hours of use. I decided to spend a bit more money to get a good chair to enjoy it, and I ended up not only regretting my purchase but also being in so much pain that I am looking for a couch cushion just to be able to sit. Stay away...
