The FNIRSI DMT-99 digital multimeter measures AC/DC voltage and current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, and temperature from -55 °C to 1300 °C. Automatic parameter recognition selects the appropriate measurement range, while True RMS supports AC measurements. It features LIVE and NCV modes for phase and non-contact voltage detection, as well as diode and circuit continuity testing.

The 2.4-inch HD color TFT display shows the readings, while the data logging and HOLD/REL functions support saving and temporarily holding readings. The built-in lithium battery charges via USB-C and provides up to 10 hours of operation. The ABS housing includes a folding stand and belt clip.
