The product was not the same as the original. It looks more like petroleum jelly, and it also has a smell of petroleum.

Excellent product. Apart from leaving my skin very soft, it melts makeup perfectly and cleanses the face very well. If the product gets into my eye, my vision gets a little blurry, BUT I was surprised by the fact that it does not cause stinging, which happened with every makeup remover I had used. (The blurriness goes away quickly with a little water in the eyes, nothing dramatic.) I no longer use micellar water. You don't need a lot of product, apply it to a slightly damp face, gentle massage, and the best way for me to remove it is with cold water!! (With cotton pad, which I tried, it felt like my face was being scratched, so I never tried it again.) Ideally, in the next step, cleanse your face with soap so that no oiliness remains; I use the one from Cosrx with snail serum and it has worked incredibly well for my normal skin. Buy it!!

At first, I didn't like the product very much; if it accidentally gets into the eye, it stings, but overall it removes makeup very well. You need a good amount of the product and definitely a second wash with another type of cleanser, but in the end, it leaves a nice texture on the skin

This particular product is one of the best makeup removers I have tried. 5/5!!! When applied, it is like "butter", meaning as you gently spread it with your hands on your made-up face, it "removes" e v e r y t h i n g from it, instantly, quickly, and easily without irritating the skin. And although it seems oily (heavy and hard to wash off), in practice it is not. I have also tried it on more mature skin than mine and it worked excellently. I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, effective, and good makeup remover (and/or facial cleanser).

Amazing facial cleansing balm! It removes makeup excellently!! It does not irritate the face, you only need a small amount and a light application. I remove it with a cotton pad and because I have an oily T-zone, I also do a light wash with a cleansing gel.

Very good product for removing makeup from the face and eyes, even for lips. It leaves the skin hydrated and ready for the rest of the skincare routine. I will definitely buy it again.

While it doesn't leave my skin oily, I have noticed that I struggle to remove mascara. I am forced to rub my eyes quite a bit and I don't wear waterproof or anything else. Also, from all the rubbing, it gets into my eyes, resulting in everything looking blurry and extreme for a few minutes when I put water in. I don't know what I'm doing wrong; in videos and comments, everyone does it so easily. I also bought the cleansing oil and I prefer it. Logically, I must be doing something wrong with this particular product, but it seems to be good in general. When it runs out, I won't buy it again unless I find a way to remove mascara without rubbing my eyes for ages

Before I got this balm, I used plain almond oil to remove my makeup. I don't think I'll go back to almond oil. First of all, this product comes with a little spatula and you only need a small amount to cleanse your face. Oils don't spill everywhere since it's in balm form. Secondly, it melts makeup very quickly, especially mascara. Also, after I wash my face with soap after using it, my skin doesn't break out and doesn't stay oily. The box has a trick that stores the spatula without it touching the product, so it's convenient for travel. I am very satisfied.

One of the best makeup removers I have tried, with a small amount it dissolves everything and does not leave any greasiness on the skin. The only downside is that there is a slight blur in the eyes but it goes away quickly after a few minutes and is not bothersome.

For this specific product, I have no words from the very first application, it melts sunscreen, makeup, anything on the face in seconds. It cleans deeply! One tip that I do for the blackheads around the nose is to apply the product and sit over steam for 15 minutes, and with a little towel, wet it and gently rub around the nose. I saw a difference in my pores from the first application, and I have used many products in general. Of course, when applying the product, make sure to do a light massage with it on the face.
