The Texas Instruments BA II Plus calculator calculates the time value of money for applications such as pensions, mortgages, leases, and investments. It creates amortization schedules and analyzes up to 24 uneven cash flows, calculating Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
It supports one- or two-variable statistical analysis with four regression models: linear, logarithmic, exponential, and power. It calculates depreciation using four methods, as well as break-even points, and performs interest rate conversions and trigonometric calculations, and calculates logarithms and powers. It automatically shuts off to extend battery life.
