There was a problem with a relative of mine with a fairly large stone in the calyx of the left kidney (14mm length, 10.8 width, dimensions after an axial tomography) and bacteriuria (presence of multiple Proteus mirabilis bacteria in the urine). We researched it and according to studies, the first choice for stone removal of this size is extracorporeal lithotripsy. On July 20th, lithotripsy was performed on a Dornier lithotripter and on July 22nd, the stone remained at 12mm while the next lithotripsy could be done after 15 days. During this period, we searched for something that could dissolve it quickly before it progressed towards the ureter, blocked it, and caused any colic. We read about Lithoren and how it dissolves stones and even benefits greatly after lithotripsy. Because we had a question due to the presence of bacteria, we requested information from the company Meditrina that supplies them. After a short time, the company's pharmacist called us, very informative and polite. On July 23rd, we started taking Lithoren and within a few days, sediments (sand) started appearing in the urine. After 12 days, on August 4th, 2021, the stone measured 5.7mm, so it had dissolved to a great extent, and whatever remained could now be expelled without causing any problems, and the bacteria did not reappear in the examination. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but it worked.
Υπήρξε πρόβλημα σε συγγενικό μου πρόσωπο με μια αρκετά μεγάλη πέτρα στον κάλυκα του αριστερού νεφρού ( 14mm μήκος 10,8 πλάτος οι διαστάσεις μετά από αξονική τομογραφία) και μικροβιουρία (ύπαρξη πολλών βακτηριδίων Proteus mirabilis στα ούρα). Το ψάξαμε και σύμφωνα με τις μελέτες, για την αφαίρεση πέτρας, αυτού του μεγέθους πρώτη επιλογή είναι η εξωσωματική λιθοτριψία. Στις 20 Ιουλίου έγινε η λιθοτριψία σε λιθοτρίφτη Dornier και σε εξέταση στις 22 Ιουλίου η πέτρα παρέμενε στα 12mm ενώ η επόμενη λιθοτριψία μπορούσε να γίνει μετά από 15 ημέρες. Στο διάστημα αυτό ψάξαμε για το τι θα μπορούσε να πάρει ώστε να διαλυθεί γρήγορα πριν προχωρήσει προς τον ουρητήρα, τον μπλοκάρει και κάνει κανένα κολικό. Διαβάσαμε για το Lithoren πως διαλύει τις πέτρες και μάλιστα ότι ωφελεί πολύ μετά την λιθοτριψία. Επειδή είχαμε μια απορία εξαιτίας της παρουσίας των βακτηρίων ζητήσαμε πληροφορίες από την εταιρεία Meditrina που τα διαθέτει. Μετά από λίγη ώρα μας πήρε ο φαρμακολόγος της εταιρείας, πάρα πολύ κατατοπιστικός και ευγενικός. Στις 23/7 αρχίσαμε το Lithoren και σε λίγες μέρες άρχισαν να παρουσιάζονται συγκρίματα (άμμος) στα ούρα. Μετά από 12 ημέρες δηλαδή στις 4/8/21 η πέτρα μετρήθηκε στα 5,7mm άρα είχε διαλυθεί σε μεγάλο βαθμό, ότι απέμεινε μπορεί πλέον να αποβληθεί χωρίς να δημιουργήσει προβλήματα αλλά και τα βακτήρια δεν παρουσιάστηκαν πάλι στην εξέταση. Δεν ξέρω αν έτυχε πάντως πέτυχε.

There was a problem with a relative of mine with a fairly large stone in the calyx of the left kidney (14mm length, 10.8 width, dimensions after an axial tomography) and bacteriuria (presence of multiple Proteus mirabilis bacteria in the urine). We researched it and according to studies, the first choice for stone removal of this size is extracorporeal lithotripsy. On July 20th, lithotripsy was performed on a Dornier lithotripter and on July 22nd, the stone remained at 12mm while the next lithotripsy could be done after 15 days. During this period, we searched for something that could dissolve it quickly before it progressed towards the ureter, blocked it, and caused any colic. We read about Lithoren and how it dissolves stones and even benefits greatly after lithotripsy. Because we had a question due to the presence of bacteria, we requested information from the company Meditrina that supplies them. After a short time, the company's pharmacist called us, very informative and polite. On July 23rd, we started taking Lithoren and within a few days, sediments (sand) started appearing in the urine. After 12 days, on August 4th, 2021, the stone measured 5.7mm, so it had dissolved to a great extent, and whatever remained could now be expelled without causing any problems, and the bacteria did not reappear in the examination. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but it worked.
Υπήρξε πρόβλημα σε συγγενικό μου πρόσωπο με μια αρκετά μεγάλη πέτρα στον κάλυκα του αριστερού νεφρού ( 14mm μήκος 10,8 πλάτος οι διαστάσεις μετά από αξονική τομογραφία) και μικροβιουρία (ύπαρξη πολλών βακτηριδίων Proteus mirabilis στα ούρα). Το ψάξαμε και σύμφωνα με τις μελέτες, για την αφαίρεση πέτρας, αυτού του μεγέθους πρώτη επιλογή είναι η εξωσωματική λιθοτριψία. Στις 20 Ιουλίου έγινε η λιθοτριψία σε λιθοτρίφτη Dornier και σε εξέταση στις 22 Ιουλίου η πέτρα παρέμενε στα 12mm ενώ η επόμενη λιθοτριψία μπορούσε να γίνει μετά από 15 ημέρες. Στο διάστημα αυτό ψάξαμε για το τι θα μπορούσε να πάρει ώστε να διαλυθεί γρήγορα πριν προχωρήσει προς τον ουρητήρα, τον μπλοκάρει και κάνει κανένα κολικό. Διαβάσαμε για το Lithoren πως διαλύει τις πέτρες και μάλιστα ότι ωφελεί πολύ μετά την λιθοτριψία. Επειδή είχαμε μια απορία εξαιτίας της παρουσίας των βακτηρίων ζητήσαμε πληροφορίες από την εταιρεία Meditrina που τα διαθέτει. Μετά από λίγη ώρα μας πήρε ο φαρμακολόγος της εταιρείας, πάρα πολύ κατατοπιστικός και ευγενικός. Στις 23/7 αρχίσαμε το Lithoren και σε λίγες μέρες άρχισαν να παρουσιάζονται συγκρίματα (άμμος) στα ούρα. Μετά από 12 ημέρες δηλαδή στις 4/8/21 η πέτρα μετρήθηκε στα 5,7mm άρα είχε διαλυθεί σε μεγάλο βαθμό, ότι απέμεινε μπορεί πλέον να αποβληθεί χωρίς να δημιουργήσει προβλήματα αλλά και τα βακτήρια δεν παρουσιάστηκαν πάλι στην εξέταση. Δεν ξέρω αν έτυχε πάντως πέτυχε.

Διορθώνω, μέ δυο φακελα 1 πρωι και 1 το βραδυ μετα το φαι στην 2η πρωινη ούρηση εδειξε 7 - 7.25 και στήν τρίτη 7 - 7.50.
Μέ προβληματιζει διοτι πουθενα δεν αναφερει αν πειραζει να περασεις το 7.25.......
Οσον αφορα αν εχει αποτελεσμα....θα δειξει ο χρονος.

If it fits as a formula for a patient with a small fresh stone, it may slightly smooth the sharp edges of the stone and help the body expel it. Up to that point. Αποδίδει μόνο σε νέες πέτρες και μέχρι να το συνηθίσει ο οργανισμός, οπότε και απλώς σταματάει να αποδίδει. Το αν αλλάζει κάτι στον οργανισμό ή όχι μπορεί να μετρηθεί από τον χρήστη με πεχάμετρο (ταινίες μιας χρήσεως). Το αν αποδίδει, μπορεί να το δει με υπέρηχο/αξονική.
Δεν μπορεί να αποτελέσει μόνιμη θεραπεία. Δε λύνει μακροπρόθεσμα το πρόβλημα δημιουργίας νέων πετρών. Εάν ταιριάξει ως φόρμουλα σε κάποιον ασθενή με μικρή φρέσκια πέτρα, μπορεί να λειάνει λίγο τις μυτερές άκρες της πέτρας και να βοθήσει τον οργανισμό να την αποβάλει. Μέχρι εκεί. Με χρόνιες πέτρες που είναι χρόνια στα νεφρά δε κάνει απολύτως τίποτα.
Όταν είχε πρωτοβγεί στην αγορά, είχε μέσα και τεστάκια PH τα οποία ήταν άκρως αναγκαία για να δει κανείς εάν λειτουργεί ή όχι στον οργανισμό του. Εδώ και περίπου 1 χρόνο τα τεστάκια PH δεν περιέχονται στις συσκευασίες, οπότε 2 αστεράκια κάτω, μόνο και μόνο για αυτό το λόγο, καθώς οι μετρήσεις PH είναι καθοριστικές για τη λήψη της θεραπείας ή την αλλαγή μοντέλου αντιμετώπισης από τον ιατρό.
Επίσης, στα αρνητικά είναι η τιμή του, όταν η θεραπεία είναι 3 φακελάκια ημερησίως.

I consider it a very good preparation, it also helps in the prevention of urinary tract infections. At the next ultrasound I will definitely come back to update if the stone has disappeared. It is 9mm.

16/06/2025: I had an ultrasound and the stone has disappeared. 9mm. I had 2 ultrasounds, one in a public hospital & one in a private diagnostic group. I repeated it because I didn't believe the results from the public hospital, and indeed it has disappeared!
Το θεωρώ πολύ καλό σκεύασμα, βοηθάει και στην πρόληψη ουρολοίμωξης. Στον επόμενο υπέρηχο θα επανέλθω σίγουρα για να ενημερώσω αν εξαφανίστηκε η πέτρα. Είναι 9χιλ.

16/06/2025: Έκανα η υπέρηχο και η πέτρα έχει εξαφανιστεί. 9χιλ. Έκανα 2 υπερήχους, έναν σε δημόσιο νοσοκομείο & έναν σε ιδιωτικό διαγνωστικό όμιλο. Επανέλαβα, γιατί δεν πίστεψα τα αποτελέσματα του δημοσίου, και όντως έχει εξαφανιστεί!
