    Having 2 of the previous model from Hoover, which operates without maps and only with a gyroscope, I have the following to mention: the app has a low rating but loads easily on the phone. Scanning the area is easy but not in 10 minutes as the company claims. In our case, unfortunately, the maps were not saved because when we select save, after a lengthy processing, they are lost. However, the cleaning is done well, it passes through all the spots and you can see this on the map it forms on the phone. At the end, it reports how many square meters it covered and in how much time. On the negative side, it moves with momentum and bumps into objects and tries again as if the sensor doesn't realize it. This did not happen with the previous model. The sensor detects the body of the vacuum but not the chimney that protrudes from the top, so when the vacuum can fit somewhere but not the chimney, it keeps trying or gets stuck and jammed under furniture. Also, in these cases where I select the no-go zone, it either doesn't obey or if the command is accepted, it doesn't remember it for the next time. The cleaning quality on floors and carpets is excellent. If the company could upgrade the software, it would be perfect. Also, there is no contact point anywhere on the packaging or on the internet to turn to in Greece for instructions, so we are left to figure it out ourselves.

    Having 2 of the previous model from Hoover, which operates without maps and only with a gyroscope, I have the following to mention: the app has a low rating but loads easily on the phone. Scanning the area is easy but not in 10 minutes as the company claims. In our case, unfortunately, the maps were not saved because when we select save, after a lengthy processing, they are lost. However, the cleaning is done well, it passes through all the spots and you can see this on the map it forms on the phone. At the end, it reports how many square meters it covered and in how much time. On the negative side, it moves with momentum and bumps into objects and tries again as if the sensor doesn't realize it. This did not happen with the previous model. The sensor detects the body of the vacuum but not the chimney that protrudes from the top, so when the vacuum can fit somewhere but not the chimney, it keeps trying or gets stuck and jammed under furniture. Also, in these cases where I select the no-go zone, it either doesn't obey or if the command is accepted, it doesn't remember it for the next time. The cleaning quality on floors and carpets is excellent. If the company could upgrade the software, it would be perfect. Also, there is no contact point anywhere on the packaging or on the internet to turn to in Greece for instructions, so we are left to figure it out ourselves.
