1. Excessive lag at resolutions above 720p when there is intense or fast movement in front of the camera, resulting in losing MANY frames which can be crucial (it has nothing to do with recording since it happens even without the SD).

2. In "scheduled recording" setup, it records EMPTY 10-minute videos non-stop regardless of whether motion is detected, meaning it does NOT support recording ONLY at specific hours and ONLY when motion is detected, unlike a Tapo I have. In "alarm recording" setup (i.e., upon motion detection), it records all day, fortunately only with motion...

3. IT DOES NOT DO LOOP RECORDING. Once the SD is full, it stops recording without any warning. To prove this, I upload a screenshot where it is obvious that there is nowhere an option for loop recording.

4. THERE IS NO OPTION TO DOWNLOAD/COPY VIDEO to the mobile (as I can do with the Tapo), only screenshot. P.S. Eventually, there is, but by selecting the video from the list (as shown in the screenshot), it is not available when you have the video open in the player.

5. The videos (most of them empty) are in a list, there is no preview (as there is in other cameras), there is no scrollable timeline with preview (as there is in Tapo).

6. You can only watch the videos at normal speed, there is no fast playback option (e.g., x2, x4, etc., as there is in many cameras). Only click on the playbar/timeline of the video you are watching to jump to a random point with no accuracy in control.

7. You cannot delete individual recordings or entire days or anything (as there is in Tapo) to free up space or manage the chaos with the recordings. The only option through the software is to format the SD when it is full.
With all this, at the moment I have 3 options:

a) Insert a new empty SD to start recording again
b) Format and lose all recordings
c) Remove the SD, transfer all videos to a computer and empty it, and then patiently check the hundreds of videos to identify the people who have committed thefts in my store....

For now, I will buy a second Tapo (which is also cheaper) to replace this disgrace..
