High-strength synthetic beam, timber for the installation infrastructure of WPC Deck synthetic boards.

It is specially constructed for WPC synthetic products, achieving the best possible result in constructions. Suitable for outdoor use without corrosion from weather conditions and humidity.

The manufacturer suggests placing the timber at 30 - 35cm intervals to avoid warping of the flooring. Each beam can be secured in place using screws. Designed to be placed directly on the ground.

Available in 2 dimensions, lengths of 290cm and 390cm, so that there is no material loss after processing (cutting) in the construction.

It is easily cut, as it has the properties of wood. The starting and joining clips are applied to the surface of the timber.

Since WPC boards will expand and contract, the composite beams must be placed on a stable and flat sub-base, with a slight slope for drainage. Composite floorboards can be placed directly on the beams for clean and easy installation.

Material installation TIP!

For all WPC materials, it is good to pre-drill and then screw in the elements (WPC boards), to avoid potential cracks. Cracks in the initial installation or application period of the material are not visible, but may develop into capillary cracks over the years.
