Description

Weight: 3.95 kg

Aspect Ratio: 16:9

Viewing Angle (horizontal/vertical): 178°/178°

27” WQHD, 180 HZ RAPID BOOST

A 2560 x 1440 Rapid VA panel (16:9 aspect ratio) with a high refresh rate of 180 Hz (Adaptive-Sync) for smooth tracking/aiming motion - the ultra-low response time of 0.5 ms (GtG, Min.) is ideal for esports events.

IMMERSIVE & FRAMELESS GAMING

MSI curved monitors offer a more immersive gaming experience with a 1500R curvature (1500 mm radius) and a "frameless" design, which reduces the frame lines between screens.

Wide Color Gamut

The MAG 27CQ6F supports up to 1.07 billion colors at 105% sRGB for more immersive images and details. It features less blue light and uses Anti-Flicker technology to reduce eye strain.

Dynamic contrast and AI

The Rapid VA panel has an excellent native contrast of 1:5000 and supports dynamic contrast (1:100M); MSI AI Vision enhances details in dark areas and optimizes brightness and colors.

HDMI CEC Connection

Computer, console, and laptop interface options include DisplayPort 1.4a ports (WQHD / 180 Hz max) and HDMI 2.0b CEC (WQHD / 144 Hz max); The back of the monitor features a 5-way navigation joystick and a tilt-adjustable stand.

  • So far I have had it for 1 month, I have no complaints, it meets expectations.
I went from a 1080p VA Ultragear (which is now the second monitor for Discord) and saw a crazy difference at 1440p, for as long as I have had it I haven't encountered any problems.

Well, it was purchased on 2/1/25 and set up as a second monitor along with another MSI screen. On 24/3/25, when I turned on the computer, it started flashing various colors as shown in the photos and the menu did not appear. I tried everything: changing cables, connecting it to another computer, drivers from the MSI website, hard reset, nothing worked. I sent it back as defective and I'm waiting for a replacement or a refund. It's very likely that I was the unlucky one who got a bad piece, but suddenly the store sends me a message saying that a dent was found next to the HDMI port (I was using DP) and it seems that this was done intentionally because there wasn't a single scratch. (I will update as soon as I get a response from the store) Overall, it's a simple nice monitor, but you get what you pay for. My main monitor is an Optixmag and I've had it since 2019 (600 euros and I got it on sale for 430). On 16/4/2025, after 2 weeks, the store informed me that MSI would proceed with the replacement of the monitor, I'm waiting to receive the new one and I hope it doesn't have any issues.
