The LogiLink Cat.8.1 plug has a higher transfer capacity. It supports data transmission up to 40 Gbps through shielded copper cabling. It is compatible with all previous categories of shielded copper cabling (Cat.6A, Cat.6, Cat.5e). It supports a maximum channel length of 30m with speeds of 25 Gbps and 40 Gbps. The plug can support Cat.6A data speeds of 10 Gbps and lower in a full channel configuration of 100m.
