    I think they are expensive for what they offer and are. For sports anatomical insoles, I would have designed them better, but in any case, I have been using them for years in my shoes, they are durable, they do the job in support and shock absorption, and they don't smell, which is important. It's better to use them after about 2 months in a new shoe (the foam will have settled a bit) because they definitely add quite a bit of drop (heel height) to the existing one, surely 3-4 mm
