Usage Instructions: The crusher is placed over the container where the crushed grapes will be collected, and the hand crank is rotated. Before use, the crusher must be carefully washed with a jet of water. The crusher should be positioned over a container with a minimum capacity of 50L (bucket, basin) to collect the crushed grapes. The chamber should be filled without leaves or woody parts except for the grape bunches.

Maintenance: The supporting frame and the crank will be protected from corrosion with electrostatic painting.
