This review is about the colour: Pink

I bought my first Columbia jacket 20 years ago. A ski jacket that can also be worn for activities like mountain walks or autumn excursions. I bought my second Columbia triclimate mid-length jacket (because it was essentially the windbreaker on top and the detachable powder lite omniheat underneath) in America 10 years ago and the quality is nothing like what is available in recent years in online stores and Greek department stores. The fit is regular to slim. And the quality was not like it used to be. I now consider them very expensive, because they do not offer 100% of what they promise and they are not as warm as they used to be. I bought the third jacket this year, the long burgundy powder lite. I am not impressed. The outer fabric is very sensitive and not like the old semi-waterproof jackets. The fabric is different. If it gets a little wet, the color changes and it looks like you need to open an umbrella immediately. If it gets scratched by accident, it’s like a run in tights. The omniheat technology is not as effective at trapping body heat. In the old jacket, which I have worn out, I could feel the difference. I have been wearing the new one for a month and I am not as satisfied. I wore it in the wind as well. I felt a bit of air coming through. I felt it was missing the windbreaker. I thought about putting the old one over the previous Columbia jacket, it is just a bit shorter. Also, one last thing that disappointed me about the new jacket is that now the brand is not stitched, it’s like a print, which means it will fade with washing. There are still some Columbia triclimate jackets but the price is also out of range. Finally, I have noticed that prices are dynamic, sometimes you see the jacket at 100, other times 118, other times 170, depending on demand, color, and size!!! I have also bought North Face. I wasn’t thrilled with that either.

Thin and lightweight but very warm. Definitely needs one size up, it is tight.
