The Slate GP Premium Griddle gas grill from Weber features 1 burner, allowing you to have multiple temperature zones on the cooking surface so you can grill different types of food simultaneously (e.g., meat at high temperature and vegetables at low). The cooking surface is 41x56cm, and you will be able to grill approximately 5 steaks at a time. The main advantage of gas grills is that they ignite immediately, reach temperature very quickly, and the temperature intensity is adjustable.

Comfort & Functionality

With the cast iron grill, cooking is faster as the temperature is evenly distributed on all sides of the food. To maintain the cast iron grill before cooking, it is good to spread a thin layer of cooking oil (e.g., olive oil or some vegetable fat) and thus you will have created a non-stick surface.
