Minimum Noise Level

Coolers up to 25dB are considered quiet. The noise that the cooler will make depends on how fast the fan needs to spin to adequately cool the processor. To achieve the minimum noise level, the cooler should comfortably cover the processor's TDP.

I was satisfied, for its price it does the job, the processor temperature is low, silent RGB fan and comes with paste included.

Savio Vortex X2 ARGB is a very good CPU cooler, especially considering the money I spent on its purchase. Relatively easy installation and good build quality, with many accessories for mounting it in a PC with Socket AM4/AM5/1200/115x/1700/1366, along with a tube of thermal paste. It keeps my computer's processor, for which I bought it, at low operating temperatures—an Intel Core i7-950 3.06 GHz 8 MB Cache Socket LGA1366. Temperatures range from 45 to 69 degrees Celsius under full CPU load. Finally, its fan is very good and silent, with nice ARGB lighting.
