Guys, please help me if you found a solution because I’m about to throw it out the window. Even today, after two months, we haven’t managed to play a USB stick. I bought three, one of them became useless, I got a 16GB one, formatted it to FAT32, exFAT, NTFS and whatever else exists, and while it says it’s connected (e.g., USB Kingston), it doesn’t see the files. I only have simple photos, not large files that it should play. I also bought a third stick with 4GB because I was told some don’t read over 4GB, but still nothing. Also, I can’t install any app, it says there’s no available space, and you know what I did? I uninstalled two or three apps that the TV already had, tried to reinstall them, and it still says I don’t have enough space! How is this possible? I bought a TV with USB and it’s useless. I should also mention that there is no official Daewoo service in Greece, and the only representative I found says he doesn’t have all the models, and mine isn’t included, so he can’t help me. The Daewoo International representative is not for TVs; when I contacted them, they told me it’s only for speakers, radios, etc
Παιδιά σας παρακαλώ βοηθήστε με αν βρήκατε άκρη γιατι θα την πετάξω απο το παράθυρο. Ακόμη και σήμερα μετά απο δυο μήνες δεν καταφέραμε να παίξουμε usb στικάκι. Αγόρασα τρία, το ένα το αχρήστεψε, πήρα ένα 16gb, το μετέτρεψα σε fat32 σε exFAT σε NTFS Και ότι άλλο υπάρχει και ενώ λέει ότι συνδέθηκε πχ usb Kingston δεν βλέπει τα αρχεία, απλές φωτογραφίες έχω όχι μεγάλα αρχεία που έπρεπε να τα παίζει. Αγόρασα και 3ο στικάκι με 4 gb επειδή μου είπαν πως κάποιες δεν διαβάζουν πάνω απο 4gb αλλά κι εκέι τιποτα. Επίσης δεν μπορώ να κάνω εγκατάσταση καμία εφαρμογή λέει δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμος χώρος και ξέρετε τι έκανα; Απεγκατέατησα δυο τρεις εφαρμογές που ειχε ηδη μέσα η τηλεόραση και πηγα να τις ξανά εγκαταστήσω και μου λέει παλι οτι δεν εχω επαρκη χωρο! Πως γίνεται αυτο;Πήρα τηλεόραση με usb και έιναι αχρηστο. Να πω επίσης ότι δεν υπάρχει επίσημο service daewoo στην Ελλάδα και μόνο σε έναν αντιπρόσωπο που βρήκα λέει ότι δεν έχει όλα τα μοντέλα καθώς και το δικο μου δεν έιναι μέσα σ'αυτά οπότε δεν μπορεί να με βοηθήσει. Extremely satisfied with this television in the months I've had it. Very good picture and sound. Personally, I wanted it with the support base in the center because if it were at the edges, it wouldn't be able to stand since the furniture it's on doesn't have a large length and one edge of support would be in the air.
The use I make of it is simple, mainly for television. But even in the smart features I used, it worked flawlessly. For example, when I had it play on ertflix or when I played a YouTube video from my phone on the television screen. My brother, of course, told me that a feature where you say the title of a YouTube video into the microphone of the remote control (so you don't have to type it) didn't work for him. Also, when requesting information via teletext on a channel, the display on the screen stays for a little time (before I can read it all) and I have to press the "i" (information) button again to read it all. Anyway, it picks up the television channels well and changes channels quickly, and since that is the main reason I bought it, I am very satisfied with the months I've had it and it works.
Εξαιρετικά ικανοποιημένος από την τηλεόραση αυτή τους μήνες που την έχω. Πολύ καλή εικόνα και ήχος. Προσωπικά την ήθελα με την βάση στήριξης στο κέντρο γιατί αν ήταν στα άκρα δεν θα μπορούσε να σταθεί αφού το έπιπλο που στέκεται δεν έχει μεγάλο μήκος και το ένα άκρο στήριξης θα έβγαινε στον αέρα.
Η χρήση που της κάνω είναι απλή, κυρίως για τηλεόραση. Αλλά και σε smart δυνατότητες που την χρησιμοποίησα λειτούργησε απροβλημάτιστα. Π.χ. όταν την έβαλα να παίξει στο ertflix ή όταν έβαλα ένα YouTube βίντεο που έπαιζε στο κινητό μου να παίξει στην οθόνη της τηλεόρασης. Ο αδελφός μου βέβαια μου είπε ότι μια λειτουργία όπου λες τον τίτλο ενός βίντεο του YouTube στο μικρόφωνο του τηλεκοντρόλ (για να μην το πληκτρολογείς) δεν του δούλεψε. Επίσης ζητώντας πληροφορίες τέλετεξτ σε ένα κανάλι κρατά λίγο χρόνο την ένδειξη στην οθόνη (πριν προλάβω να την διαβάσω όλη) και πρέπει να ξαναπατάω το "i" (information) ξανά για να το διαβάσω όλο. Πάντως πιάνει καλά τα κανάλια της τηλεόρασης και αλλάζει γρήγορα τα κανάλια και επειδή είναι ο κύριος λόγος που την αγόρασα είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος με τους μήνες που την έχω και λειτουργεί.

I'm taking off one star due to a problematic USB slot; it refuses to read any USB stick, and the ones it pretends to read, it destroys! Another star off also because the WiFi has its issues, even though it's only 3 meters from the router with 1GBit. I recommend connecting with an Ethernet cable.
Picture is very good even from an angle.
Android TV 11 still works OK, sometimes needs a restart when it freezes on Disney Plus (but that's mostly the app's fault).
The central stand is fine, it stands on a narrow piece of furniture.
For the money, it's value for money, but how long it will last is unknown...
Edit: 2 years and 4 months later, it gave up the ghost, it didn't last after all, stay away.
Κατεβάζω ένα αστέρι λόγω προβληματικού USB slot, δεν θέλει να διαβάσει οποιοδήποτε USB sticκ, και όσα κάνει οτι διαβάζει τα καταστρέφει! και άλλο ένα αστέρι μείον επίσης γιατί το WiFi έχει τα θέματα του, ενώ είναι μόνο 3 μέτρα απ΄το ρούτερ με 1GBit. Προτείνω σύνδεση με καλώδιο Ethernet.
Εικόνα πολύ καλή ακόμη και απο γωνία.
Android TV 11 ακόμα παίζει ΟΚ, θέλει επανεκίνηση καμιά φορά όταν κολλάει στο Disney Plus (αλλά γι'αυτό φταίει η εφαρμογή περισσότερο).
Κεντρικό stand μια χαρά, στέκεται πάνω σε ένα στενό επιπλάκι.
Για τα λεφτά που κάνει VFM, πόσο θ'αντέξει άγνωστο...

Κεντρικό stand μια χαρά, στέκεται πάνω σε ένα στενό επιπλάκι.
Για τα λεφτά που κάνει VFM, πόσο θ'αντέξει άγνωστο...
Edit: 2 χρόνια και 4 μήνες μετα παρέδωσε πνεύμα, δεν άντεξε τελικά, μακριά.

Guys, please help me if you found a solution because I’m about to throw it out the window. Even today, after two months, we haven’t managed to play a USB stick. I bought three, one of them became useless, I got a 16GB one, formatted it to FAT32, exFAT, NTFS and whatever else exists, and while it says it’s connected (e.g., USB Kingston), it doesn’t see the files. I only have simple photos, not large files that it should play. I also bought a third stick with 4GB because I was told some don’t read over 4GB, but still nothing. Also, I can’t install any app, it says there’s no available space, and you know what I did? I uninstalled two or three apps that the TV already had, tried to reinstall them, and it still says I don’t have enough space! How is this possible? I bought a TV with USB and it’s useless. I should also mention that there is no official Daewoo service in Greece, and the only representative I found says he doesn’t have all the models, and mine isn’t included, so he can’t help me. The Daewoo International representative is not for TVs; when I contacted them, they told me it’s only for speakers, radios, etc
Παιδιά σας παρακαλώ βοηθήστε με αν βρήκατε άκρη γιατι θα την πετάξω απο το παράθυρο. Ακόμη και σήμερα μετά απο δυο μήνες δεν καταφέραμε να παίξουμε usb στικάκι. Αγόρασα τρία, το ένα το αχρήστεψε, πήρα ένα 16gb, το μετέτρεψα σε fat32 σε exFAT σε NTFS Και ότι άλλο υπάρχει και ενώ λέει ότι συνδέθηκε πχ usb Kingston δεν βλέπει τα αρχεία, απλές φωτογραφίες έχω όχι μεγάλα αρχεία που έπρεπε να τα παίζει. Αγόρασα και 3ο στικάκι με 4 gb επειδή μου είπαν πως κάποιες δεν διαβάζουν πάνω απο 4gb αλλά κι εκέι τιποτα. Επίσης δεν μπορώ να κάνω εγκατάσταση καμία εφαρμογή λέει δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμος χώρος και ξέρετε τι έκανα; Απεγκατέατησα δυο τρεις εφαρμογές που ειχε ηδη μέσα η τηλεόραση και πηγα να τις ξανά εγκαταστήσω και μου λέει παλι οτι δεν εχω επαρκη χωρο! Πως γίνεται αυτο;Πήρα τηλεόραση με usb και έιναι αχρηστο. Να πω επίσης ότι δεν υπάρχει επίσημο service daewoo στην Ελλάδα και μόνο σε έναν αντιπρόσωπο που βρήκα λέει ότι δεν έχει όλα τα μοντέλα καθώς και το δικο μου δεν έιναι μέσα σ'αυτά οπότε δεν μπορεί να με βοηθήσει. Η αντιπροσωπεία daewoo international δεν έιναι για τηλεοράσεις όταν επικοινώνησα μου είπαν έιναι μόνο για ηχεία ραδιόφωνα κλπ
Extremely satisfied with this television in the months I've had it. Very good picture and sound. Personally, I wanted it with the support base in the center because if it were at the edges, it wouldn't be able to stand since the furniture it's on doesn't have a large length and one edge of support would be in the air.
The use I make of it is simple, mainly for television. But even in the smart features I used, it worked flawlessly. For example, when I had it play on ertflix or when I played a YouTube video from my phone on the television screen. My brother, of course, told me that a feature where you say the title of a YouTube video into the microphone of the remote control (so you don't have to type it) didn't work for him. Also, when requesting information via teletext on a channel, the display on the screen stays for a little time (before I can read it all) and I have to press the "i" (information) button again to read it all. Anyway, it picks up the television channels well and changes channels quickly, and since that is the main reason I bought it, I am very satisfied with the months I've had it and it works.
Εξαιρετικά ικανοποιημένος από την τηλεόραση αυτή τους μήνες που την έχω. Πολύ καλή εικόνα και ήχος. Προσωπικά την ήθελα με την βάση στήριξης στο κέντρο γιατί αν ήταν στα άκρα δεν θα μπορούσε να σταθεί αφού το έπιπλο που στέκεται δεν έχει μεγάλο μήκος και το ένα άκρο στήριξης θα έβγαινε στον αέρα.
Η χρήση που της κάνω είναι απλή, κυρίως για τηλεόραση. Αλλά και σε smart δυνατότητες που την χρησιμοποίησα λειτούργησε απροβλημάτιστα. Π.χ. όταν την έβαλα να παίξει στο ertflix ή όταν έβαλα ένα YouTube βίντεο που έπαιζε στο κινητό μου να παίξει στην οθόνη της τηλεόρασης. Ο αδελφός μου βέβαια μου είπε ότι μια λειτουργία όπου λες τον τίτλο ενός βίντεο του YouTube στο μικρόφωνο του τηλεκοντρόλ (για να μην το πληκτρολογείς) δεν του δούλεψε. Επίσης ζητώντας πληροφορίες τέλετεξτ σε ένα κανάλι κρατά λίγο χρόνο την ένδειξη στην οθόνη (πριν προλάβω να την διαβάσω όλη) και πρέπει να ξαναπατάω το "i" (information) ξανά για να το διαβάσω όλο. Πάντως πιάνει καλά τα κανάλια της τηλεόρασης και αλλάζει γρήγορα τα κανάλια και επειδή είναι ο κύριος λόγος που την αγόρασα είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος με τους μήνες που την έχω και λειτουργεί.
WARNING: For anyone who wants to connect a USB flash drive or external hard drive to watch a movie or TV show, it ONLY recognizes FAT32 and nothing else. This means that most flash drives will not work.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Για όποιον θέλει να συνδέσει usb φλασακι ή εξωτερικό σκληρό για να δει πχ μια ταινία ή τηλεόραση αναγνωρίζει ΜΌΝΟ fat32 και τπτ άλλο. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι τα περισσότερα φλασακια δεν θα δουλέψουν.
I'm taking off one star due to a problematic USB slot; it refuses to read any USB stick, and the ones it pretends to read, it destroys! Another star off also because the WiFi has its issues, even though it's only 3 meters from the router with 1GBit. I recommend connecting with an Ethernet cable.
Picture is very good even from an angle.
Android TV 11 still works OK, sometimes needs a restart when it freezes on Disney Plus (but that's mostly the app's fault).
The central stand is fine, it stands on a narrow piece of furniture.
For the money, it's value for money, but how long it will last is unknown...
Edit: 2 years and 4 months later, it gave up the ghost, it didn't last after all, stay away.
Κατεβάζω ένα αστέρι λόγω προβληματικού USB slot, δεν θέλει να διαβάσει οποιοδήποτε USB sticκ, και όσα κάνει οτι διαβάζει τα καταστρέφει! και άλλο ένα αστέρι μείον επίσης γιατί το WiFi έχει τα θέματα του, ενώ είναι μόνο 3 μέτρα απ΄το ρούτερ με 1GBit. Προτείνω σύνδεση με καλώδιο Ethernet.
Εικόνα πολύ καλή ακόμη και απο γωνία.
