This specific Multi-Code has been formulated according to the provisions of the number 33889/22-05-2024 joint decision of the Ministers of National Economy and Finance – Justice (Government Gazette 17/22-05-2024/issue ASEP) titled: "Announcement of a competition for entry into the National School of Judicial Officials for trainees who are to hold positions as judicial officials, of the categories of University Education (PE), Technological Education (TE), and Secondary Education (DE), in the Council of State, in the Court of Audit, in Civil and Criminal Courts, Public Prosecutors’ Offices, in the Regular Administrative Courts, and in the National School of Judicial Officials" and the subjects examined in the 3rd Entrance Competition for Candidates for Admission to the National School of Judicial Trainees who are to hold positions as judicial officials.

The First Part of the Formulated Multi-Code includes the syllabus regarding the knowledge subject titled "Subject related to the organization and operation of courts and public prosecutor's offices, which includes elements of the Code of Judicial Officials [law 4798/2021 (A’ 68)], the Code of Court Organization and Status of Judicial Officials [law 4938/2022 (A’ 109)], and the Law Organization of the Court of Audit [law 4820/2021 (A’ 130)]", as these laws are in effect, for all educational categories of DE, TE, and PE.

The Second Part of the Formulated Multi-Code includes the syllabus regarding the knowledge subject titled "Elements of Law, especially Constitutional and Procedural Law: 1. Regarding constitutional law, the syllabus includes the articles of the current Constitution. 2. Regarding procedural law, the syllabus includes the Codes of Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, and Administrative Procedure", as these laws are in effect, for all educational categories of DE, TE, and PE. It also includes the Procedure of the Court of Audit [law 4700/2020 (A’ 127)], as it stands to date.
