    The product I received is not the same as the one pictured. The built-in detergent dispenser is missing, and the mop head is a different color and texture. A replacement head is included, and the assembly instructions are completely missing (the way to assemble it is not obvious; one needs to loosen a part to attach another). Expensive and dishonest for what it offers, but I got tired of the return process, even though I found it elsewhere at half the price.
