    Was using Voltaren cream ( which is also medicated from what I understand ) however I needed something cheaper that does the job, the heat it produces is very good ( last apx 1 hour ) but different areas of the body have different result, on the back of the neck its almost unbearable from the burning sensation however on the lower back its very good and soothing, it wont cure anything but will offer some relief from pain.

    For its price and what it does I give it 2 thumbs up!

    ps. apply a small amount first to the area then go from there in order to see your tolerance levels.
