Wow Brow by e.l.f. Cosmetics is a tinted brow mascara. It fills in gaps, colors the hairs to the desired shade, and creates a thickening effect. The product contains microfibers that help achieve the appearance of fuller brows, features a hybrid wax-emulsion texture, and is enriched with kaolin clay.
This product is especially useful if your brow shade does not match your hair color or if you simply want to make them a bit darker or lighter.
Instructions for Use: Simply brush the hairs in the desired direction using the round brush. You can do this before or after shaping them with a pencil or pomade product. If you are satisfied with the shape of your brows but want to adjust their thickness, then apply just one layer of the mascara.
