The Wow Brow from e.l.f. Cosmetics is a colored eyebrow gel mascara. It fills in gaps, tints the eyebrow hairs to the desired shade, and creates volume. The product contains microfibers designed to help you achieve a fuller brow look, featuring a wax-gel hybrid texture and a formula enriched with kaolin. It is especially useful if your eyebrow shade does not match your hair color, or if you just want to make them a little darker or lighter.

How to use it? Simply comb the hairs in the desired direction using the circular brush. You can do this before or after defining them with a pencil or pomade. If you're satisfied with the shape of your brows but want to adjust their volume, just apply the mascara in one layer.
