Wow Brow by e.l.f. Cosmetics is a tinted brow mascara. It fills in gaps, colors the hairs to the desired tone, and creates a fuller effect. The product contains microfibers that help achieve the look of full brows and features a wax-gel hybrid texture enriched with kaolin clay.

It is particularly useful if your brow shade does not match your hair color, or if you simply want them a bit darker or lighter. How to use it? Simply brush the hairs in the desired direction using the circular brush. You can do this before or after defining them with a pencil or pomade. If you are satisfied with the shape of your brows but want to set their fullness, just apply the mascara in a single layer.
