It cleans and mops as if it wants to get a promotion. On turbo mode it makes a bit of noise, but that's fine, I'd be shouting too if I was working at full power.
I got it for a studio apartment and I turn it on when I leave. I stack up chairs, shoes, rugs, pile everything up like I'm leaving an Airbnb, and when I come back... the floor shines.
Not only does it clean — it makes dust, crumbs, and traces of human existence disappear. The only thing it doesn't do is leave me a note: "I was here, all good."
Even when I come back unexpectedly with company and the house looks like an earthquake hit, I turn it on and it works wonders. The only thing it does is move the rugs around a bit, as if it's telling me "come on, give me a hand too."

Καθαρίζει και σφουγγαρίζει λες και θέλει να πάρει προαγωγή. Στο τούρμπο κάνει λίγο φασαρία, αλλά εντάξει, κι εγώ θα φώναζα αν δούλευα στο φουλ.
Την πήρα για μια γκαρσονιέρα και την βάζω μπροστά όταν φεύγω. Μαζεύω καρέκλες, παπούτσια, πατάκια, τα κάνω όλα μια στοίβα σαν να φεύγω από Airbnb, και όταν γυρίζω… το πάτωμα γυαλίζει.
Όχι απλά καθαρίζει — εξαφανίζει σκόνες, ψίχουλα, ίχνη από ανθρώπινη ύπαρξη. Μόνο σημείωμα δεν μου αφήνει: «Πέρασα, όλα καλά».
Ακόμα και όταν γυρίζω εκτάκτως με παρέα και το σπίτι είναι σε κατάσταση «έγινε σεισμός», την βάζω μπροστά και κάνει θαύματα. Το μόνο που κάνει είναι να μετακινεί λίγο τα χαλάκια, λες και μου λέει «άντε, βάλε κι εσύ ένα χεράκι».

Δεν περίμενα ενώ σκουπίζουμε κάθε μέρα ότι θα έβγαζε τόσο σκόνη και απορώ που την βρίσκει αλλά η αλήθεια είναι ότι ειδικά άρα χαλιά κάνει πιο επίμονο σκούπισμα από εμένα καθώς περνάει από τα σημεία του χαλιου δύο φορές.

Αφαιρέστε προσωρινά όσα περισσότερα αντικείμενα μπορειται από όλους τους χώρους, μαζί με καρέκλες, τραπεζάκια και γενικά οτιδήποτε μετακινείται, για να διαβάσει όσο δυνατόν μεγαλύτερο κενό χώρο.
Όταν τελειώσει τη χαρτογράφηση, βάλτε τα στη θέση τους.
Οτι δεν μετακινήσετε στην αρχή θα το αποθηκεύσει σαν εμπόδιο, οπότε και να το αφαιρέσετε στη συνέχεια, δεν θα περάσει από εκεί.
Μπορειτε βέβαια να ξανακάνετε χαρτογράφηση όσες φορές θέλετε.
We've had it for about 9 months. It's very good at vacuuming. It only doesn't pick up large debris, like small pebbles. I haven't noticed any issues with mapping; I saved the map and divided the rooms through the app, and there are absolutely no problems in a 120 sqm house. The mopping is basic; I would say it's essentially for picking up dust and water that has dripped on the floor. Since the use of wet floors is not allowed with any robotic vacuum, I don't think you can expect to be carefree compared to classic mopping. The only issue I've encountered is that it doesn't climb onto one of my rugs, which is quite fluffy, and because I have a little dog, on my other rugs it sometimes leaves little tufts that get stuck on its brush. I pick them up by hand, though. Still, it's not comparable to having to vacuum manually twice a day! With the app, I've set it according to the day, what time I want it to start, what function to perform, and at what intensity. Wonderful! For this price, it's simply amazing!

Δεν έχω εντοπίσει θέμα με την χαρτογράφηση, αποθηκευσα τον χάρτη και χώρισα τα δωμάτια μέσω της εφαρμογής και δεν έχει καθόλου θεμα σε 120 τμ σπίτι. Το σφουγγάρισμα είναι basic, θα έλεγα ότι είναι ουσιαστικά για να μαζέψει την σκόνη και τα νερά που έχουν σταξει στο πάτωμα. Εφόσον δεν επιτρέπεται η χρήση υγρού πατώματος σε καμία ρομποτική σκούπα δεν νομίζω ότι τίθεται θέμα ξενοιασιάς από το κλασικο σφουγγαρισμα. Το μόνο θέμα που έχω αντιμετωπίσει είναι ότι δεν ανεβαίνει στο ένα χαλί μου που είναι φουντωτό αρκετά και επειδή έχω ένα σκυλάκι, πάνω στα υπόλοιπα χαλιά μου αφήνει που και που τούφες μαζεμένες που έχουν κολλήσει στο βουρτσακι της. Τα μαζεύω με το χέρι όμως. Και πάλι δεν συγκρίνεται με το να έβαζα δύο φορές την ημέρα χειροκίνητα σκούπα! Με την εφαρμογή την έχω ρυθμίσει ανάλογα την ημέρα ποιες ώρες θέλω να ξεκινάει κ τι λειτουργία να κάνει και σε τι ένταση. Υπέροχη! Σε αυτά τα χρήματα είναι απλά υπεροχη !
We have had it for about a month and the house has never been cleaner! It vacuums and mops just fine! I set it to clean from the app when we are away and it does a great job. Very rarely it might get stuck in a corner of a rug or if there are objects left on the floor, so either it stops and you get a message or you can command it to try to get unstuck. For its price, it is perfect.

Very good robot vacuum, I've had it for 9 months, I pick up curtains/cables, chairs every time because otherwise it will get tangled among them. It vacuums very well. For rugs with fringes though, there's no way it will work for you, they will get tangled underneath. It falls short on mopping, it doesn't remove simple stains. Regarding the map that a consumer asked about above, it's a matter of the router and general connection, when the internet cuts out there's an issue. I am satisfied, it has made my life easier, I should have bought it sooner.
Πολύ καλή σκούπα robot την έχω 9 μήνες, μαζεύω κουρτίνες/ καλώδια, καρέκλες κάθε φορά γιατί αλλιώς θα μπλεχτεί ανάμεσα από αυτά. Σκουπίζει πολύ καλά. Για χαλιά κροσια δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να σας βολεψει όμως, θα μπλεχτούν από κάτω. Στο σφουγγάρισμα υστερεί, απλούς λεκέδες δεν τους βγάζει. Για το map που ρώτησε κάποιος καταναλωτής ποιο πάνω είναι θέμα router και γενικά σύνδεσης, όταν κόβεται το ίντερνετ υπάρχει θέμα. Είμαι ευχαριστημένη, μου έχει λύσει τα χέρια έπρεπε να την αγόραζα νωρίτερα.
The vacuum does the initial mapping correctly, but after 2–3 cleanings:
- It creates new rooms
- Moves boundaries
- Changes the layout of the map
In short, after that it needs mapping again to work properly.
My house is 93 sq.m., with a hallway connecting all the rooms, 3 on the left and 2 on the right (the living room-kitchen is a large open space) and according to some research, the hallway is what causes the problem.
Unfortunately, there is no way to "lock" the map or restore an old map—you are forced to remap every time it cleans.
If someone had a similar problem, I would like them to share how they dealt with it.

Το σπίτι μου είναι 93 τ.μ., με διάδρομο που ενώνει όλα τα δωμάτια, 3 αριστερά και 2 δεξιά (το σαλόνι-κουζίνα μεγάλο open space) και σύμφωνα με λίγη έρευνα ο διάδρομος είναι που δημιουργεί το πρόβλημα.
Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει τρόπος να “κλειδώσεις” τον χάρτη ή να επαναφέρεις παλιό map υποχρεωτικά κάνει κάθε φορά που καθαρίζει κάνει remapping.
Αν κάποιος είχε παρόμοιο πρόβλημα, θα ήθελα να μοιραστεί πώς το αντιμετώπισε.
Relatively quiet. It literally polishes the floor! It doesn't go up on large carpets. If you want vacuuming and then mopping, it takes about 90 minutes (depending on the house, of course). I recommend it.

Easy to install and configure the map and the areas you don't want it to go, cleaning schedule (vacuuming only and/or mopping), carpet cleaning etc., I didn't miss any option. As for the vacuuming, truly excellent, I couldn't believe how much dust it managed to collect!
Ευκολη στην εγκατασταση κ παραμετροποιηση του χαρτη και των σημείων που δεν θες να πηγαίνει, προγραμμα καθαρισματος (σκουπισμα μονο ή/και σφουγγαρισμα), καθαρισμα χαλιων κτλ, δεν μου ελειψε καμια επιλογη. Οσο για το σκουπισμα, εξαιρετικη πραγματικα, δεν πιστευα που βρηκε τοση σκονη να μαζεψει!
It does its job very well, within 10 minutes it has mapped the whole house without you having to do anything. It goes over all the rugs in the house, whether they have fringes* or are thick woolen ones. The only downside is the bin, which fills up very quickly.
*On rugs with fringes, sometimes it may get stuck!

Δεν μπορεί να σκουπίσει παχιά χαλιά, τύπου shaggy. Όχι λόγω δύναμης, αλλά λογω του ότι το μπροστινό περιστρεφόμενο ροδάκι που ρυθμίζει την κατεύθυνση, είναι μικρό και κολλάει εκεί.
Τα πίσω ροδακια είναι μεγάλα και ανεβαίνουν παντού.
Καλό το σφουγγάρισμα για απλή συντήρηση.
Δεν θα βγάλει έντονους λεκέδες.

I didn't expect it. It does its job while you relax, and in the end you see a perfectly cleaned rug (a Chinese rug like a cloth, not a carpet with pile). I have two small dogs. My sister has the basic model, not the plus. I paid double the money and it doesn't have a bigger bin, it doesn't mop better, nor does it perform better on carpets. Also, it fits under all the furniture because it doesn't have the round Lidar.
1. As a vacuum, it is effective. It doesn't replace the regular one but for maintenance so the house is always clean, it's just fine.
2. If you don't have carpets, it will work without problems. It gets stuck on fringes and gives an error. It tore the corner off a rug/runner. So be careful.
3. Fortunately, it doesn't go near curtains at all.
4. Wherever it found obstacles, it found another way to pass.
5. The first time it doesn't clean well but it maps the house. Each time it gets better. It learns the house and the obstacles.
6. I advise you the first time to let it do the whole house a bit so it can make an accurate map.
7. The bin is small. It needs to be emptied after every use, especially if you have pets
Η αδερφή μου έχει το απλό μοντέλο όχι το plus. Έδωσα τα 2πλασια χρήματα κ ούτε μεγαλύτερο κάδο έχει, ούτε σφουγγαριζει καλύτερα αλλά ούτε αποδίδει στα χαλιά πιο καλά. Επίσης χωράει κάτω από όλα τα έπιπλα γιατί δεν έχει το στρογγυλό το Lidar.
1 Σαν σκούπα είναι αποτελεσματική. Δεν αντικαθιστά την κανονική αλλά για μία συντήρηση ώστε να είναι πάντα καθαρό το σπίτι είναι μια χαρά.
2. εάν δεν έχεις χαλια θα λειτουργήσει απροβληματιστα. Πιάνεται στα κροσια κ βγάζει error. Ξηλωσε τη γωνία από ένα χαλί - διάδρομο. Οπότε προσοχή.
3. Ευτυχώς δεν πλησιάζει καν κουρτίνες.
4. Όπου βρήκε εμπόδια, βρήκε άλλο τρόπο να περνάει
5. Την πρώτη φορά δεν καθαρίζει καλά αλλά χαρτογραφεί το σπίτι. Κάθε φορά γίνεται καλύτερη. Μαθαίνει το σπίτι κ τα εμπόδια.
6. Σας συμβουλεύω την 1η φορά να κάνει λίγο όλο το σπίτι ώστε να φτάξει χάρτη με ακρίβεια.

This is the first robotic vacuum cleaner I have bought and I have had it for about 6 months. I was impressed when I first used it and it cleaned the carpets. From the first use I realized that the carpets were really cleaned, they became spotless!! When I went to check the dustbin and saw what it collected... I was also shocked! Therefore, for daily use it is amazing. Of course, there shouldn't be cables on the floor... long curtains... and generally obstacles that could get it stuck. Finally, maybe there are better vacuums for the same money, but I was concerned about how easily I would find spare parts compared to Xiaomi.
Ειναι η πρώτη ρομποτική σκούπα που αγορασα και την εχω κανα 6 μηνο. Εντυπωσιάστηκα οταν την πρωτοέβαλα και σκούπιζε τα χαλια. απ την πρωτη χρήση καταλαβα οτι τα χαλια πραγματικά σκουπίστηκαν εγιναν λαμπικο!! οταν πηγα να κοιταξω το καδακι και είδα τι μαζευει...επισης.. επαθα πλακα! Συνεπως για καθημερινη χρήση είναι τρομερή. βεβαια δεν θα πρεπει στο πατωμα να βρίσκονται καλωδια ..μακριες κουρτίνες.. κ γενικα εμποδια που θα την κολλησουν.. Τέλος ισως με τα ιδια χρήματα να υπάρχουν καλύτερες σκούπες ωστόσο με προβλημάτισε το πόσο ευκολα θα βρίσκω ανταλλακτικα σε σχεση με τη xiaomi..

Καλοκαιρινή σκούπα!!!
Το καλοκαίρι που δεν έχουμε χαλιά στο σπίτι ειναι απλά κορυφή!! Σε σπίτι με καθαρό χώρο 75τμ σκουπίζει και σφουγγαριζει σε λιγότερο απο μια ώρα και κανει πολυ καλό αποτέλεσμα!
Βέβαια παντα για το καθημερινό καθάρισμα μιλάμε..
Τον χειμώνα τα πράγματα αλλάζουν..
Με τα χαλιά που έχουν μαλλί δυσκολεύεται πολύ, αποσυντονιζεται και καθυστερεί πολύ. Σε δωμάτιο 15τμ με τρία χαλακια κανει τουλάχιστον μισή ώρα.
Επίσης με το ανεβοκατεβασμα στα χαλιά φεύγουν τα πανάκια του σφουγγαρισματος..

The S20+ does NOT mop as well as the V5. Strange, since it has a different type of mopping cloth which also rotates. I expected better results since the previous one just had a flat cloth! Very impressive!
Next... It ONLY cleans the same spot once. There is no option for a second pass, e.g., to vacuum an "S" vertically and an "S" horizontally. It also doesn't have the "Y" cleaning option that other vacuums in the same category have. (In general, Whyyyyyy?)
In short... at this price it is NOT worth it and I characterize it as a "Beginner's Vacuum."
For a first vacuum, to get away from the classic ones, it's ok. If you see what else is on the market, do a little research and then compare, you will understand a lot...

Σκούπες όπως η S20+ δυστυχώς ή ευτυχώς είναι μάλλον μόνο για άτομα που αγοράζουν πρώτη φορά μια σκούπα ρομπότ. Αν έχεις πάρει μια σκούπα λίγο ακριβότερη όλα θα σου φανούν πολύ διαφορετικά και προφανώς μπαίνεις σε διαδικασία σύγκρισης.
Στο λοιπόν, η 1η σκούπα τώρα αξίζει 225€ πλέον. Η Αρχική της αγορά βέβαια ήταν στα 300€ περίπου.

Η S20+ ΔΕΝ σφουγγαριζει το ίδιο καλά όπως η V5 . Περίεργο μιας και έχει άλλου τύπου πανί σφουγγαρισματος το οποίο περιστρέφεται κι όλας. Περίμενα δλδ καλύτερα αποτελέσματα μιας και η προηγούμενη είχε απλά ένα Flat πανί! Τρομερή εντύπωση !
Επόμενο... Καθαρίζει ΜΌΝΟ 1 φορά το ίδιο σημείο . Δεν έχει επιλογή για 2η. πχ να σκουπίσει ένα "S" κάθετα και ένα "S" οριζόντια. Επίσης δεν έχει και δυνατότητα για "Y" καθαρισμό που έχουν και άλλες σκούπες στην ίδια κατηγορία. (Γενικά, Γιατιιιιιι?)
Με λίγα λόγια.. στην τιμή αυτή ΔΕΝ αξίζει και την χαρακτηρίζω ως "Σκούπα πρωτάρη"
Για μια 1η σκούπα, ώστε να ξεφύγεις από τα κλασικά είναι οκ. Αν δεις τι άλλο παίζει στην αγορά , ψαχτεις λίγο και μετά συγκρίνεις θα καταλάβεις πολλά..

Καταπληκτικο σκουπισμα. Οσον αφορα σφουγγαρισμα, δεν με εχει πεισει ακομα. Χαρτογραφηση αρκετα γρηγορη και καλη. Για οσους δεν χρησιμοποιουν wi-fi router, θα χρειαστει προσωρινα ενα 2ο κινητο για το setup ωστε να εχετε τον ελεγχο της συσκευης απο το κινητο σας.
Very good device and value for money. Especially for homes with pets, it is essential. A dirty floor with grains of sand and water footprints becomes clean with one pass. I believe that with 1-2 passes a day you always have a clean floor. I use as a "unit of measurement" the fact that you can walk barefoot. I highly recommend it.

I got it for a studio apartment and I turn it on when I leave. I stack up chairs, shoes, rugs, pile everything up like I'm leaving an Airbnb, and when I come back... the floor shines.
Not only does it clean — it makes dust, crumbs, and traces of human existence disappear. The only thing it doesn't do is leave me a note: "I was here, all good."

Καθαρίζει και σφουγγαρίζει λες και θέλει να πάρει προαγωγή. Στο τούρμπο κάνει λίγο φασαρία, αλλά εντάξει, κι εγώ θα φώναζα αν δούλευα στο φουλ.
Την πήρα για μια γκαρσονιέρα και την βάζω μπροστά όταν φεύγω. Μαζεύω καρέκλες, παπούτσια, πατάκια, τα κάνω όλα μια στοίβα σαν να φεύγω από Airbnb, και όταν γυρίζω… το πάτωμα γυαλίζει.
Όχι απλά καθαρίζει — εξαφανίζει σκόνες, ψίχουλα, ίχνη από ανθρώπινη ύπαρξη. Μόνο σημείωμα δεν μου αφήνει: «Πέρασα, όλα καλά».
Ακόμα και όταν γυρίζω εκτάκτως με παρέα και το σπίτι είναι σε κατάσταση «έγινε σεισμός», την βάζω μπροστά και κάνει θαύματα. Το μόνο που κάνει είναι να μετακινεί λίγο τα χαλάκια, λες και μου λέει «άντε, βάλε κι εσύ ένα χεράκι».
Συμπέρασμα:
Αν μπορούσε να μαγειρεύει κιόλας, θα της έδινα τα κλειδιά του σπιτιού.

Δεν περίμενα ενώ σκουπίζουμε κάθε μέρα ότι θα έβγαζε τόσο σκόνη και απορώ που την βρίσκει αλλά η αλήθεια είναι ότι ειδικά άρα χαλιά κάνει πιο επίμονο σκούπισμα από εμένα καθώς περνάει από τα σημεία του χαλιου δύο φορές.

Πριν την πρώτη χρήση, κάνει πρώτα χαρτογράφηση του σπιτιού.
Αφαιρέστε προσωρινά όσα περισσότερα αντικείμενα μπορειται από όλους τους χώρους, μαζί με καρέκλες, τραπεζάκια και γενικά οτιδήποτε μετακινείται, για να διαβάσει όσο δυνατόν μεγαλύτερο κενό χώρο.
Όταν τελειώσει τη χαρτογράφηση, βάλτε τα στη θέση τους.
Οτι δεν μετακινήσετε στην αρχή θα το αποθηκεύσει σαν εμπόδιο, οπότε και να το αφαιρέσετε στη συνέχεια, δεν θα περάσει από εκεί.
Μπορειτε βέβαια να ξανακάνετε χαρτογράφηση όσες φορές θέλετε.
We've had it for about 9 months. It's very good at vacuuming. It only doesn't pick up large debris, like small pebbles. I haven't noticed any issues with mapping; I saved the map and divided the rooms through the app, and there are absolutely no problems in a 120 sqm house. The mopping is basic; I would say it's essentially for picking up dust and water that has dripped on the floor. Since the use of wet floors is not allowed with any robotic vacuum, I don't think you can expect to be carefree compared to classic mopping. The only issue I've encountered is that it doesn't climb onto one of my rugs, which is quite fluffy, and because I have a little dog, on my other rugs it sometimes leaves little tufts that get stuck on its brush. I pick them up by hand, though. Still, it's not comparable to having to vacuum manually twice a day! With the app, I've set it according to the day, what time I want it to start, what function to perform, and at what intensity. Wonderful! For this price, it's simply amazing!

Το σφουγγάρισμα είναι basic, θα έλεγα ότι είναι ουσιαστικά για να μαζέψει την σκόνη και τα νερά που έχουν σταξει στο πάτωμα. Εφόσον δεν επιτρέπεται η χρήση υγρού πατώματος σε καμία ρομποτική σκούπα δεν νομίζω ότι τίθεται θέμα ξενοιασιάς από το κλασικο σφουγγαρισμα. Το μόνο θέμα που έχω αντιμετωπίσει είναι ότι δεν ανεβαίνει στο ένα χαλί μου που είναι φουντωτό αρκετά και επειδή έχω ένα σκυλάκι, πάνω στα υπόλοιπα χαλιά μου αφήνει που και που τούφες μαζεμένες που έχουν κολλήσει στο βουρτσακι της. Τα μαζεύω με το χέρι όμως. Και πάλι δεν συγκρίνεται με το να έβαζα δύο φορές την ημέρα χειροκίνητα σκούπα! Με την εφαρμογή την έχω ρυθμίσει ανάλογα την ημέρα ποιες ώρες θέλω να ξεκινάει κ τι λειτουργία να κάνει και σε τι ένταση. Υπέροχη! Σε αυτά τα χρήματα είναι απλά υπεροχη !
We have had it for about a month and the house has never been cleaner! It vacuums and mops just fine! I set it to clean from the app when we are away and it does a great job. Very rarely it might get stuck in a corner of a rug or if there are objects left on the floor, so either it stops and you get a message or you can command it to try to get unstuck. For its price, it is perfect.
Την έχουμε περίπου 1 μήνα και το σπίτι δεν έχει υπάρξει ποτέ πιο καθαρό!και σκουπίζει και σφουγγαρίζει μια χαρά!τη βάζω να σκουπίσει από την εφαρμογή όταν λείπουμε και τα καταφέρνει μια χαρά. Πολύ σπάνια μπορεί να μπλοκάρει σε κάποια γωνιά χαλιού ή αν υπάρχουν στο πάτωμα πεταμένα αντικείμενα, οπότε είτε σταματάει και σου έρχεται μήνυμα είτε μπορείς να της δώσεις εντολή να προσπαθήσει να ξεμπλοκάρει. Για τα χρήματα της είναι τέλεια.
Very good collection and it cleans the floor perfectly, even better than a mop. I think it's the only way to go for this price.
Πολυ καλο μαζεμα και καθαριζει τελεια το πατωμα, πιο καλα και απο σφουγγαριστρα. Μονοδρομος σε αυτα τα λευτα πιστευω.
Very good robot vacuum, I've had it for 9 months, I pick up curtains/cables, chairs every time because otherwise it will get tangled among them. It vacuums very well. For rugs with fringes though, there's no way it will work for you, they will get tangled underneath. It falls short on mopping, it doesn't remove simple stains. Regarding the map that a consumer asked about above, it's a matter of the router and general connection, when the internet cuts out there's an issue. I am satisfied, it has made my life easier, I should have bought it sooner.
Πολύ καλή σκούπα robot την έχω 9 μήνες, μαζεύω κουρτίνες/ καλώδια, καρέκλες κάθε φορά γιατί αλλιώς θα μπλεχτεί ανάμεσα από αυτά. Σκουπίζει πολύ καλά. Για χαλιά κροσια δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να σας βολεψει όμως, θα μπλεχτούν από κάτω. Στο σφουγγάρισμα υστερεί, απλούς λεκέδες δεν τους βγάζει. Για το map που ρώτησε κάποιος καταναλωτής ποιο πάνω είναι θέμα router και γενικά σύνδεσης, όταν κόβεται το ίντερνετ υπάρχει θέμα. Είμαι ευχαριστημένη, μου έχει λύσει τα χέρια έπρεπε να την αγόραζα νωρίτερα.
The vacuum does the initial mapping correctly, but after 2–3 cleanings:
- It creates new rooms
- Moves boundaries
- Changes the layout of the map
In short, after that it needs mapping again to work properly.
My house is 93 sq.m., with a hallway connecting all the rooms, 3 on the left and 2 on the right (the living room-kitchen is a large open space) and according to some research, the hallway is what causes the problem.
Unfortunately, there is no way to "lock" the map or restore an old map—you are forced to remap every time it cleans.
If someone had a similar problem, I would like them to share how they dealt with it.
Η σκούπα κάνει το αρχικό mapping σωστά, αλλά μετά από 2–3 καθαρισμούς:
- Δημιουργεί νέα δωμάτια
- Μετακινεί όρια

Με λίγα λόγια μετά θέλει πάλι mapping για να λειτουργήσει σωστά.
Το σπίτι μου είναι 93 τ.μ., με διάδρομο που ενώνει όλα τα δωμάτια, 3 αριστερά και 2 δεξιά (το σαλόνι-κουζίνα μεγάλο open space) και σύμφωνα με λίγη έρευνα ο διάδρομος είναι που δημιουργεί το πρόβλημα.
Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει τρόπος να “κλειδώσεις” τον χάρτη ή να επαναφέρεις παλιό map υποχρεωτικά κάνει κάθε φορά που καθαρίζει κάνει remapping.
Αν κάποιος είχε παρόμοιο πρόβλημα, θα ήθελα να μοιραστεί πώς το αντιμετώπισε.
Relatively quiet. It literally polishes the floor! It doesn't go up on large carpets. If you want vacuuming and then mopping, it takes about 90 minutes (depending on the house, of course). I recommend it.
Αθόρυβη σχετικά. Το πάτωμα κυριολεκτικά το γυαλίζει! Σε μεγάλα χαλιά δεν ανεβαίνει. αν θες σκούπισμα κ μετά σφουγγάρισμα απαιτούνται περίπου 90 λεπτά (ανάλογα και το σπίτι βέβαια). Την προτείνω.
Easy to install and configure the map and the areas you don't want it to go, cleaning schedule (vacuuming only and/or mopping), carpet cleaning etc., I didn't miss any option. As for the vacuuming, truly excellent, I couldn't believe how much dust it managed to collect!
Ευκολη στην εγκατασταση κ παραμετροποιηση του χαρτη και των σημείων που δεν θες να πηγαίνει, προγραμμα καθαρισματος (σκουπισμα μονο ή/και σφουγγαρισμα), καθαρισμα χαλιων κτλ, δεν μου ελειψε καμια επιλογη. Οσο για το σκουπισμα, εξαιρετικη πραγματικα, δεν πιστευα που βρηκε τοση σκονη να μαζεψει!
It does its job very well, within 10 minutes it has mapped the whole house without you having to do anything. It goes over all the rugs in the house, whether they have fringes* or are thick woolen ones. The only downside is the bin, which fills up very quickly.
*On rugs with fringes, sometimes it may get stuck!
Κάνει πολύ καλά την δουλειά της, μέσα σε 10 λεπτά έχει χαρτογραφησει όλο το σπίτι χωρίς εσύ να κάνεις τπτ ανεβαίνει σε όλα τα χάλια του σπιτιού είτε έχουν κρόσσια* είτε είναι χοντρά μάλλινα το μόνο μείον είναι ο κάδος που γεμίζει πολύ γρήγορα

Very good vacuum cleaner, I would buy it again. I have had it for several months and it works every other day without any problems. If you tidy up the area, like cables, it vacuums very well on carpets and the mopping is excellent. Also, its app works perfectly.

It vacuums very well in general, both floors and carpets.
It cannot vacuum thick carpets, like shaggy types. Not because of lack of power, but because the front rotating wheel that steers the direction is small and gets stuck there.
The rear wheels are large and can go everywhere.
The mopping is good for simple maintenance.
It will not remove tough stains.
The noise is normal for a vacuum and can be adjusted depending on the suction power.
The mopping is completely silent.
It is easy to use through the app on your phone.

Σκουπίζει πολύ καλά γενικά, πάτωμα και χαλιά.
Δεν μπορεί να σκουπίσει παχιά χαλιά, τύπου shaggy. Όχι λόγω δύναμης, αλλά λογω του ότι το μπροστινό περιστρεφόμενο ροδάκι που ρυθμίζει την κατεύθυνση, είναι μικρό και κολλάει εκεί.
Τα πίσω ροδακια είναι μεγάλα και ανεβαίνουν παντού.
Καλό το σφουγγάρισμα για απλή συντήρηση.
Δεν θα βγάλει έντονους λεκέδες.
Ο θόρυβος φυσιολογικός για σκούπα και ρυθμίζεται, ανάλογα με τη δύναμη αναρρόφησης.
Το σφουγγάρισμα είναι τελείως αθόρυβο.
Εύκολη η χρήση της μέσω της εφαρμογής στο κινητό.

I didn't expect it. It does its job while you relax, and in the end you see a perfectly cleaned rug (a Chinese rug like a cloth, not a carpet with pile). I have two small dogs. We have loved it, it vacuums and mops better than we did manually before. The only negative is that it’s a shame I hadn’t bought it all these years if I had known how good a job it does. In a two-room apartment, it literally cleans everything in 20 minutes and returns to its base. I don’t think I could have found a better vacuum for its price. Buy it with your eyes closed!!!
Την έχουμε αγαπήσει, κάνει καλύτερο σκούπισμα και σφουγγάρισμα από ότι εμείς χειροκίνητα πρίν. το μόνο αρνητικό ότι κρίμα τόσα χρόνια που δεν την είχα αγοράσει εάν ήξερα πόση καλή δουλειά κάνει. σε δυάρι σπίτι σε 20 λεπτά το έχει γλύψει στην κυριολεξία και έχει γυρίσει στην βάση της. Δεν νομίζω να είχα βρει καλύτερη σκούπα στα χρήματα της. αγοραστε την με κλειστά μάτια!!!
The mopping function of the device is really terrible. I sent it twice for service immediately after purchase because it wouldn't mop at all, and they returned it to me supposedly "fixed," but in reality, they did nothing. My sister has the basic model, not the plus. I paid double the money and it doesn't have a bigger bin, it doesn't mop better, nor does it perform better on carpets. Also, it fits under all the furniture because it doesn't have the round Lidar.
1. As a vacuum, it is effective. It doesn't replace the regular one but for maintenance so the house is always clean, it's just fine.
2. If you don't have carpets, it will work without problems. It gets stuck on fringes and gives an error. It tore the corner off a rug/runner. So be careful.
3. Fortunately, it doesn't go near curtains at all.
4. Wherever it found obstacles, it found another way to pass.
5. The first time it doesn't clean well but it maps the house. Each time it gets better. It learns the house and the obstacles.
6. I advise you the first time to let it do the whole house a bit so it can make an accurate map.
7. The bin is small. It needs to be emptied after every use, especially if you have pets
Η αδερφή μου έχει το απλό μοντέλο όχι το plus. Έδωσα τα 2πλασια χρήματα κ ούτε μεγαλύτερο κάδο έχει, ούτε σφουγγαριζει καλύτερα αλλά ούτε αποδίδει στα χαλιά πιο καλά. Επίσης χωράει κάτω από όλα τα έπιπλα γιατί δεν έχει το στρογγυλό το Lidar.
1 Σαν σκούπα είναι αποτελεσματική. Δεν αντικαθιστά την κανονική αλλά για μία συντήρηση ώστε να είναι πάντα καθαρό το σπίτι είναι μια χαρά.
2. εάν δεν έχεις χαλια θα λειτουργήσει απροβληματιστα. Πιάνεται στα κροσια κ βγάζει error. Ξηλωσε τη γωνία από ένα χαλί - διάδρομο. Οπότε προσοχή.
3. Ευτυχώς δεν πλησιάζει καν κουρτίνες.
4. Όπου βρήκε εμπόδια, βρήκε άλλο τρόπο να περνάει
5. Την πρώτη φορά δεν καθαρίζει καλά αλλά χαρτογραφεί το σπίτι. Κάθε φορά γίνεται καλύτερη. Μαθαίνει το σπίτι κ τα εμπόδια.
6. Σας συμβουλεύω την 1η φορά να κάνει λίγο όλο το σπίτι ώστε να φτάξει χάρτη με ακρίβεια.

This is the first robotic vacuum cleaner I have bought and I have had it for about 6 months. I was impressed when I first used it and it cleaned the carpets. From the first use I realized that the carpets were really cleaned, they became spotless!! When I went to check the dustbin and saw what it collected... I was also shocked! Therefore, for daily use it is amazing. Of course, there shouldn't be cables on the floor... long curtains... and generally obstacles that could get it stuck. Finally, maybe there are better vacuums for the same money, but I was concerned about how easily I would find spare parts compared to Xiaomi.
Ειναι η πρώτη ρομποτική σκούπα που αγορασα και την εχω κανα 6 μηνο. Εντυπωσιάστηκα οταν την πρωτοέβαλα και σκούπιζε τα χαλια. απ την πρωτη χρήση καταλαβα οτι τα χαλια πραγματικά σκουπίστηκαν εγιναν λαμπικο!! οταν πηγα να κοιταξω το καδακι και είδα τι μαζευει...επισης.. επαθα πλακα! Συνεπως για καθημερινη χρήση είναι τρομερή. βεβαια δεν θα πρεπει στο πατωμα να βρίσκονται καλωδια ..μακριες κουρτίνες.. κ γενικα εμποδια που θα την κολλησουν.. Τέλος ισως με τα ιδια χρήματα να υπάρχουν καλύτερες σκούπες ωστόσο με προβλημάτισε το πόσο ευκολα θα βρίσκω ανταλλακτικα σε σχεση με τη xiaomi..

It cleans all the carpets very well without getting stuck anywhere. I haven't used the mopping function yet...
πραγματικά, απορώ για ποιον λόγο δεν είχα αγοράσει εδώ κ καιρό σκούπα robot.. πρόσφατη αγορά αλλά ομολογώ ότι ενθουσιάστηκα.. στην πρώτη χρήση έκανε περίπου 1.5 ώρα για να χαρτογραφήσει παράλληλα το σπίτι, επόμενη φορά επέλεξα ακριβώς τον χώρο που ήθελα κ το αποτέλεσμα είναι άψογο, οπως κάθε φορά. καθαρίζει πολύ καλά όλα τα χάλια χωρίς να κολλάει κάπου. σφουγγάρισμα δεν έχω ακόμα χρησιμοποιήσει..

Summer vacuum cleaner!!!
In the summer when we don't have carpets in the house, it's simply the best!! In a house with a clean area of 75sqm, it vacuums and mops in less than an hour and does a very good job!
Of course, we're always talking about daily cleaning...
In winter, things change...
With wool carpets, it struggles a lot, gets disoriented and is very slow. In a 15sqm room with three small rugs, it takes at least half an hour.
Also, with the vacuum going up and down on the carpets, the mopping pads come off..
Καλοκαιρινή σκούπα!!!
Το καλοκαίρι που δεν έχουμε χαλιά στο σπίτι ειναι απλά κορυφή!! Σε σπίτι με καθαρό χώρο 75τμ σκουπίζει και σφουγγαριζει σε λιγότερο απο μια ώρα και κανει πολυ καλό αποτέλεσμα!
Βέβαια παντα για το καθημερινό καθάρισμα μιλάμε..
Τον χειμώνα τα πράγματα αλλάζουν..
Με τα χαλιά που έχουν μαλλί δυσκολεύεται πολύ, αποσυντονιζεται και καθυστερεί πολύ. Σε δωμάτιο 15τμ με τρία χαλακια κανει τουλάχιστον μισή ώρα.
Επίσης με το ανεβοκατεβασμα στα χαλιά φεύγουν τα πανάκια του σφουγγαρισματος..

The S20+ does NOT mop as well as the V5. Strange, since it has a different type of mopping cloth which also rotates. I expected better results since the previous one just had a flat cloth! Very impressive!
Next... It ONLY cleans the same spot once. There is no option for a second pass, e.g., to vacuum an "S" vertically and an "S" horizontally. It also doesn't have the "Y" cleaning option that other vacuums in the same category have. (In general, Whyyyyyy?)
In short... at this price it is NOT worth it and I characterize it as a "Beginner's Vacuum."
For a first vacuum, to get away from the classic ones, it's ok. If you see what else is on the market, do a little research and then compare, you will understand a lot...

Δυστυχώς θα γίνει σύγκριση με την 1η σκούπα που είχα για 2,5 χρόνια , Viomi V5 Pro:
Σκούπες όπως η S20+ δυστυχώς ή ευτυχώς είναι μάλλον μόνο για άτομα που αγοράζουν πρώτη φορά μια σκούπα ρομπότ. Αν έχεις πάρει μια σκούπα λίγο ακριβότερη όλα θα σου φανούν πολύ διαφορετικά και προφανώς μπαίνεις σε διαδικασία σύγκρισης.
Στο λοιπόν, η 1η σκούπα τώρα αξίζει 225€ πλέον. Η Αρχική της αγορά βέβαια ήταν στα 300€ περίπου.
Συνεχίζουμε..
Η S20+ ΔΕΝ σφουγγαριζει το ίδιο καλά όπως η V5 . Περίεργο μιας και έχει άλλου τύπου πανί σφουγγαρισματος το οποίο περιστρέφεται κι όλας. Περίμενα δλδ καλύτερα αποτελέσματα μιας και η προηγούμενη είχε απλά ένα Flat πανί! Τρομερή εντύπωση !
Επόμενο... Καθαρίζει ΜΌΝΟ 1 φορά το ίδιο σημείο . Δεν έχει επιλογή για 2η. πχ να σκουπίσει ένα "S" κάθετα και ένα "S" οριζόντια. Επίσης δεν έχει και δυνατότητα για "Y" καθαρισμό που έχουν και άλλες σκούπες στην ίδια κατηγορία. (Γενικά, Γιατιιιιιι?)
Με λίγα λόγια.. στην τιμή αυτή ΔΕΝ αξίζει και την χαρακτηρίζω ως "Σκούπα πρωτάρη"
Για μια 1η σκούπα, ώστε να ξεφύγεις από τα κλασικά είναι οκ. Αν δεις τι άλλο παίζει στην αγορά , ψαχτεις λίγο και μετά συγκρίνεις θα καταλάβεις πολλά..

Amazing vacuuming. As for mopping, it hasn't convinced me yet. Mapping is quite fast and good. For those who do not use a wi-fi router, you will temporarily need a second phone for the setup in order to have control of the device from your mobile.
Καταπληκτικο σκουπισμα. Οσον αφορα σφουγγαρισμα, δεν με εχει πεισει ακομα. Χαρτογραφηση αρκετα γρηγορη και καλη. Για οσους δεν χρησιμοποιουν wi-fi router, θα χρειαστει προσωρινα ενα 2ο κινητο για το setup ωστε να εχετε τον ελεγχο της συσκευης απο το κινητο σας.
Very good device and value for money. Especially for homes with pets, it is essential. A dirty floor with grains of sand and water footprints becomes clean with one pass. I believe that with 1-2 passes a day you always have a clean floor. I use as a "unit of measurement" the fact that you can walk barefoot. I highly recommend it.

Θεωρώ ότι με 1-2 περάσματα την ημέρα έχεις πάντα ένα καθαρό πάτωμα. Βάζω ως "μονάδα μέτρησης " το ότι μπορείς να περπατάς ξυπόλυτος. Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Σωτήρια επιλογή για σπίτια που η διάταξη επίπλων, η ελευθερία να περνάει η σκούπα από κάτω...κ.α. θα επιτρέψει στην σκούπα να κάνει τη δουλειά της (αν κάθε μισό μέτρο έχεις κάποιο εμπόδιο...άστο δεν αξίζει)!
The vacuum cleaner is simply amazing! I wonder why I hadn't bought one all these years. Everything is fine so far but the app is a bit crappy. I'm still struggling to find the details that will make the vacuum cleaner reach its full potential and make the most of it. If anyone has a YouTube video or some file, I would appreciate it.
Η σκούπα απλά τα σπάει! Απορώ τόσα χρόνια γιατί δεν είχα προχωρήσει σε αγορά. Όλα καλά μέχρι στιγμής αλλά η εφαρμογή είναι ελαφρώς για τον π@υτσ@. Δυσκολεύομαι να βρω ακόμα τις λεπτομέρειες που θα απογειώσουν την σκούπα και θα την εκμεταλλευτώ στο 100%. Αν κάποιος έχει κάποιο βίντεο από Youtube ή κάποιο αρχείο θα το εκτιμούσα.
I have really enjoyed it! It has been incredibly convenient for me and has made things so much easier, especially in the summer when the tile constantly needs sweeping and mopping because it leaves marks.
Την εχω καταευχαριστηθει! Με εχει βολέψει απίστευτα κ μου εχει λύσει τα χέρια ειδικά το καλοκαίρι που το πλακάκι θελει συνέχεια σκούπισμα κ σφουγγαρισμα γιατι αφήνει στάμπες.
My first experience with a robot vacuum. I didn't want to spend a lot of money. With two dogs in a 100 square meter house, it cleans just fine. Once a week I use a regular vacuum to get what it can't reach, corners under sofas, etc. The only downside is that it mops only with water.
Η πρώτη μου εμπειρία με σκούπα ρομπότ. Δεν ήθελα να διαθέσω πολλά χρήματα. Με δύο σκυλιά σε σπίτι 100 τετραγωνικά, καθαρίζει μια χαρά. Μια φορά την εβδομάδα βάζω ηλεκτρική για να πάρω όσα δεν φτάνει, γωνίες κάτω από καναπέδες κτλ. Το μόνο μείον ότι σφουγγαρίζει μόνο με νερό.
