    Very good shoe. I have a foot problem from an accident. It is the best I have ever worn. I have tried many branded and expensive shoes. It is the best I have worn. Very soft to step on. I work with a lot of standing and it saved me. I highly recommend them. I didn't get them for running but I'm sure they will be great for that too.

  • The new Wave Rebellion Pro is Mizuno's first shoe that combines Wave technology with integrated Carbon throughout the length of the midsole
  • The new Smooth Speed Assist technology helps runners maintain their speed throughout their run, even during a Marathon
  • Energy return is achieved by combining Smooth Speed Assist technology and the MIZUNO ENERZY Lite foam material at the bottom of the midsole, which takes advantage of the ideal strike at the mid-forefoot area, conserving lost running energy and converting it into propulsion for a long period without fatigue
  • At the top of the midsole, the addition of MIZUNO ENERZY Lite + foam provides a softer feel and comfort during running
  • The outsole is made of a particularly lightweight and highly durable material G3 with multiple small holes for maximum ventilation and ideal grip (on all running surfaces)
  • The upper part of the shoe features an innovative and fully functional mesh with minimal seams to be very lightweight, maintaining perfect fit, comfort, and stability
