Professional Ricoh Projector, with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The projection technology refers to the method by which the projector's lamp light is converted into an image for projection through the lens onto a surface. This particular projector is 3LCD technology with a laser-type lamp, offering a longer lifespan compared to LED lamps. It features very high brightness and excellent color and black level performance.
The 3LCD technology derives from the initials of Liquid Crystal Display, developed by Epson and is an evolution of LCD technology. The image is created from three liquid crystal panels, each producing one of the primary colors: red, green, and blue. These three colors are combined through prisms and projected simultaneously by the lens as a complete image. This results in better color accuracy, even in black, compared to LCD projectors.
