I have never used a hand blender at home, that is, a household level one, but I have substantial experience in a professional kitchen with excellent machines.
I was impressed by the pitsos, it is very powerful, with a stable frequency without vibrations. How easy it is to clean depends on what we are processing. I would like it to have a coiled cable instead of a straight one, although we are all convinced that hand blenders are ideal when they work with batteries so that we don't get involved with cables.
I have made juices from coarsely chopped fruits and ground nuts. I don't see a reason why it wouldn't make a good mayonnaise and a nice hummus.
I bought it on sale for 15.90 (from around 30).
