On the first application, it caused intense itching and irritation on my skin. I reduced the sprays and as time goes by, this sensation is decreasing. I'm not thrilled, but at least I don't have the side effects that the pills caused me.

I think the lavender lotion is better. This is not exactly like oil and after a few minutes it doesn't glide for massage. It's like it gets sticky

Reading the reviews here, I bought it for persistent muscle pain (many months) in my back, after I had exhausted medical tests and physiotherapy. The goal was to replace a very well-known pharmaceutical product, which was effective but is not good to use for a long period of time.
After a month of continuous use, 3 times a day, I see that it has no serious effect. It might offer a little short-term relief (which could also come from the massage applied to the area), but nothing special. So it is not suitable for real treatment of muscle pain in a natural way.

Personally, it doesn't bother me, but if it bothers someone, they can leave it on as long as they can tolerate and then rinse the area, and the itching sensation will go away.
