    It is quite well-made with a non-stick coating, I mainly got it to complete the shipping cost but we will try making cake here.

    It says it has a non-stick coating but when I use it I will put baking paper in it just to be sure, I wouldn't risk it. The fact that it opens is to make it super easy to remove the cake from the pan.
