Instructions for Use & Maintenance

  • Backup Battery: It is strongly recommended to use the 4 AA batteries in the bottom of the device. If a power outage occurs, the feeder will continue to automatically serve meals at the scheduled time (although access through the app will not be possible until power is restored).
  • Cleaning: Unlock and remove the food container and plastic bowls to wash them normally. Caution: The main feeder unit that contains the motor and electronic parts must never be immersed in water. You can clean it locally with a damp cloth.
  • Food Storage: Use dry food only. Replace the desiccant bag at regular intervals to prevent moisture.
