It saved me from cheilitis, I don't use it every day, only when I have an issue with cheilitis or dryness and it works wonders, it is therapeutic, nothing like the regular moisturizers/lip balms

Very good, it keeps the lips hydrated for a long time. Even at night before I go to sleep when I wear it, in the morning I don't wake up with dry lips. I use it in summer and winter, it has a texture like vaseline, let's say, I would say it is odorless.

I am following an acne treatment which has resulted in my lips being extremely chapped and dry. I thought that this particular product, with such high ratings, would help me. Waste of money, personally I even have the impression that it dries them out even more, I saw absolutely no difference in my lips. I do not recommend it…

I have tried countless balms, from the most affordable-cosmetic to the expensive dermocosmetics. Supposedly, this particular company has very positive reviews for the majority of its products... well, this product is a big flop and I wonder how it has such good reviews, especially from people undergoing acne treatments and therefore experiencing severe dryness! I bought it as a good moisturizing balm without having any dryness issues. You’re better off using plain olive oil! It will do a more honest job! Another downside is its unreasonable price! It’s a big NO!

Moderate hydration and a texture like vaseline. There are much better products. Its only positive: it doesn't stick at all, I think maybe that's what earned it most of the positive reviews.

For me, it makes a big difference. For prevention, it is the best, when I have a problem it simply helps me not to feel uncomfortable and within a few weeks it returns to normal.

I have been using it for two days. Although I keep reapplying it constantly, I did not see any difference at all. I expected something better and for it to work from the very first use. I have very dry lips, which hurt and swell even though I am not following any acne treatment that dries out the lips. The problem is now permanent. Unfortunately, I did not see even the slightest improvement, not even in the pain, with this either. La Roche Posay is a very good company. However, for this product, I wonder why there are good reviews. It dries out after a while. It does not hydrate at all. It makes the lips worse. It is one of the worst products. Obviously, they have ruined its formulation. Please improve it.

I got it out of curiosity because of comments from people who also did the treatment for acne, without having an issue with the balm I was using before. I can't say I am satisfied with this one. It moisturizes and corrects to a moderate extent, and leaves a sweet taste on the lips. For me, the Uriage equivalent works exceptionally well, which was recommended to me by the doctor and is half the price as it comes in 15ml. If the other one didn't exist, I would buy it again.

I underwent treatment for acne. I tried various lip balms (Avéne, Neutrogena, korres, sebamed), but only La Roche Posay's worked. It is very moisturizing, fragrance-free, and transparent. Dryness completely disappears with the first day of application. I would buy it (or rather, I bought it) again.

This lip balm used to be extremely moisturizing in the past until something changed in its formula and it is no longer as effective.
