The 19.0 mm Metal Drill Bit HSS-G White Undercut is designed for drilling metal. It is made of 4241 high-speed steel, with a 118° point angle, h8 diameter tolerance, and a hardness of 62 °HRc (±2°). Its right-hand Type N flute and ground cutting edges are combined with straight grinding, without web thinning.

Hot rolling between forged rollers contributes to flexibility and torsional strength. Its surface has an oxide layer for a low coefficient of friction and a reduced risk of chip adhesion. It is suitable for general applications in carbon and low-alloy structural steels, as well as cast steel with Rm strength. For use, drilling emulsion, lubricating-cooling oil, or ester oil is recommended; with a suitable coolant, its service life increases fourfold.
