The ArmoLIPID PLUS is a dietary supplement made from Berberis aristata es, Fermented red rice (Monascus purpureus), Policosanols, Folic acid, Coenzyme Q10, and Oleoresin rich in astaxanthin derived from the algae Haematococcus pluvialis.

Benefits

  • Barberry (Berberis aristata es): The dry extract obtained from the bark of Berberis aristata, a shrub native to the Himalayas and Nepal, is standardized in Berberine. Berberis aristata es, contained in ArmoLIPID PLUS, promotes the control of cholesterol and plasma triglycerides.
  • Red yeast rice (Monascus Purpureus): Fermented red rice is produced by fermenting rice (Oryza Sativa) with a specific strain of Monascus Purpureus. Fermented red rice contains monacolins.
  • Policosanols: Policosanols are a mixture of natural fatty alcohols contained in the waxy matrix of sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum), rice bran (Oryza Sativa), and beeswax (Apis mellifera).
  • Folic acid*: Folic acid contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Homocysteine is a substance naturally produced in the body after the metabolism of the amino acid methionine, which we intake through food. The homocysteine produced is then converted back into methionine.     As a person who has tried everything and is trying to avoid the use of statins due to hereditary cholesterol with levels ranging from 295 to 325 total, I have to say the best things about Armolipid Plus. It is much more effective than the regular one, which after 3 months of use lowered my levels by 15 points. The Plus lowered them by 45, meaning from my last test of 321, I went down to 280 with HDL rising for the first time to 46, while it had always been between 35-41. Triglycerides went from 157 to 126. I will continue the treatment for another 3 months and will return with a new evaluation.
