    On an Intel i5 14600k it provides good cooling. Good build quality. The instructions are not detailed but after a little while I figured out the connections. I have the Fan Curve set to performance and when it needs to cool the CPU I can't say it's silent. Expected, of course. Maybe in quiet mode it won't be heard but it won't have the same cooling. With little CPU usage you don't hear it. The box also includes thermal paste but I had my own and didn't use it.
