The Sola magnetic spirit level has a compact frame made of aluminum and ABS plastic, with a high-attraction magnetic strip. The three vials allow measurements in horizontal, vertical, and angular positions, while the 45° vial supports angled measurements. The V-groove on the top makes it easier to use on pipes and conduits.

The horizontal vial has four rings for setting a 2% slope. Measurement tolerance in the standard position is 1 mm/m (0.057°).
